"Maybe it would be safer inside" he said, looking up at the house.

"Maybe. We could go to my room if you want." Tess said getting up.

He stod,
"Sure" he said, heading back to the house.

Tess looked back at the lake and shuddered. For some reason she was feeling cold, like there was a draft in a room or something. She hoped there wasn't something wrong with the island.

Ryan slowed to her pace and wrapped his wing around her again,
"C'mon" he said gently. Desperate to get out of there.

Tess nodded. When they got to the house, she still felt the same feeling. "I hope this ends soon....." She said quietly.

He nodded,
"It will" I hope. . .

"It had better." Tess said a little louder this time. "If not, I'll have a couple of words for that pond!"

he laughed,
"When I'm done with it, it will be nothing but condensation"

"Mm-hm." Tess said walking to her room. "And here we are!" She said opening the door and walking in.
