"It's not you.. It's hard to control myself sometimes.." Nathan said, he had so many bad qualities inside of him. Nathan didn't really bother to sit down again, he just shoved his hands in his pockets and started to walk away. "I don't think you need me anymore." Nathan turned and said monotonically. Nathan stared Sel in the eyes for a few seconds, then turned to walk away along the shoreline.

"I'm fine.." Hailey said, her face turned red and she swore she was about to explode. "Water would be nice.." Hailey said, her voice slurred. Hailey started to cough and grabbed the hood of the car and clung onto it, she also held her tummy in pain. Before she knew it she was down on her knees and out came the lunch that she had at school that day, whatever she ate gave her bad food poisoning.

Sarah ran after him, wrapping her hands around his arm. Her face was softened. "I'm sorry..." she murmured. "I do need you..." she murmured, staring into his eyes. She released his arm. "Please... I need your help." she sighed. She looked up at him. "I'm not scared of you." she promised.

Kendall handed her a bottle of water. He held her close and rubbed her back gently. He kissed her forehead softly to see if she had a fever. He frowned disapprovingly. "You're burning up..." he told her. "Should I take you to the hospital?" he asked, his eyes wide with concern.

"You don't know the real me.." Nathan murmured. He shook his head afterward. "You don't need me." Nathan said once more. "You have no idea what I am capable of." Nathan quickly added, his voice seemed to get softer. "It's best if I just go now." Nathan took Sel's arms off of him, and continued to walk off.

Hailey felt tired all of a sudden, she drank her water slowly. "I don't want to go the hospital." Hailey's words were faint. Hailey didn't like the hospital that much, all the shots and sick people were really creepy to her. "I told you.. just some car sickness." Hailey said, but then coughed violently.

Sel picked up a piece of glass off the rocks and stabbed it into her stomach. She started to breathe heavily, watching the blood flow out. "You don't know what I'm capable either... I need to get out of here..." she sighed, placing her hand on the wound. She pulled her hand and looked at the bright red blood. She pierced her stomach too and then sat on the sand, too much of her energy gone to move. "Do me a favor?" she asked. "Don't tell anyone about this." she winced. "I don't want my dad to know... hopefully my little sister will be safe." she sighed. She started to sing, 'Impossible' by Shontelle. Her breath was starting to come slower. She squeezed her eyes shut. "What was I thinking?" she asked herself. "I knew you didn't like me... no one ever has."

Kendall picked her up, cradling her to his chest. "Well at least let me carry you inside so you can rest." he murmured, his face inches from hers. He carried her inside a log cabin. It looked shabby on the outside but inside it was full of extremely expensive furniture. He laid her down on a pure white couch and he sat by her feet, putting a trash can by her feet. He massaged her legs comfortingly. "I hope you feel better... If you aren't better by tonight you're going to the hospital." he promised.

Nathans eyes widen and before he knew it Nathan was right by her side. "I won't let you die like that." Nathan didn't resist, Nathan kissed her shoulder and bit down on her, the floral taste was now refreshing him. Nathan didn't want Sel to get hurt, but changing her this early would seem so sudden but Nathan didn't care. Nathan lifted his head up, and wiped his mouth. Nathan then took a look of what he had done, he didn't feel any guilt for changing Sel into one of his kind.

"But.." Hailey didn't bother to finish the sentence. "Fine.." Hailey sounded a little grumpy. "Just as long as you go with me, I don't want to be alone." Hailey said, she grew sleepy. The couch was almost like a bed, it was so nice and comfortable. Hailey gripped her pillow and her hair was gracefully spread out and dangling off the couch. Hailey drifted into a soft sleep, her breathing was light and her make up started to smear over her face a little bit.

Sel's breathing stopped altogether for a moment. Then she took a deep breath. "Thank you." she whispered, looking up at him. As the fire started to seep into her veins she gritted her teeth, determined not to show any pain. Her hand clutched with desperation for anything to grab hold of. The glass was still in her hand. She was clutching it so tightly is started to cut into her hand. She tried to unclench her fingers to release it but she couldn't. "Can you?" she choked, holding her hand out so he could take the glass away.

Kendall smiled as she drifted to sleep. He sat on a recliner nearby and watched her, making sure she was alright. He snapped his fingers quietly and went into the kitchen to make something for her.

Nathan swiped the glass from Sel's hand, he threw it into the sea and watched as it made a small ripple in the water. "You might want to wash yourself off now." Nathan offered her.

Hailey continued to toss and turn like she was having a bad dream. Her eyes flickered open but only saw no one but herself. It was all so quiet, Hailey just stared at the ceiling in amazement. The house was huge compared to hers.

Sel struggled to her feet, her veins burning, her eyes wild. She limped slowly to the water and rinsed off her hands. The salt burned the cut on her hand and she winced. She started to feel woozy as the venom circulated, slowing her heart. She sat on the ground and then she moaned as it hit her head. "This hurts..." she grumbled, her eyes squeezed shut. "What's happening?" she asked, tears forming in her eyes.

Kendall came out and saw that she was awake. He walked over and handed her a mug of tea. He sat in front of her on the couch and set his hand on her legs. "This should soothe your stomach." he smiled. "Feel any better?" he asked, his golden eyes studying her face to make sure she didn't lie.

Nathan sat down next to her and held her hand. "This might be the most painfullest part of being a vampire.. After it happens I promise you won't be able to feel any more pain, you'll be dead and.." Nathan took a pause. "a monster." he finished.

Hailey didn't really like tea that much, but she didn't hesitate. She drank it down in a few seconds, she is a very quick eater and drinker. "Sort of.." Hailey said, her stomach started to relax little by little.

Sel leaned on his shoulder, her head next to his. Her eyes were squeezed and she squeezed his hand and hard as he could. She looked up at him and smiled softly. "Well I'm glad that now I wont have pain..." she murmured. "Maybe now I can save my sister..." she whispered. She looked nervous for a moment. "Will I... have to drink human blood?" she choked, wrinkling her nose.

Kendall winked at her. "I don't like tea much either..." he smiled. He rested a blanket over her. "You should get some more sleep..." he murmured, resting his hand on her cheek.
