Kenliye sighed and gave a faint smile, shaking her head. "Yeah. Me neither," she mumbled, staring at the ground as she thought. "Well, looks like we don't have much longer to live," she said quietly.

His eyes softened. "Aye."

He shrugged and flopped down in a chair. He continued to glare at the girls

"Hm. Wait.. do you know her middle name?"
He shouldn't. It was unique. If he way lying to her,
he would be stumped. Alaska wasn't even a normal word in the language.
Was he lying to her? Or was it a coincidence?

He shrugged and shook his head. "Never found out....." He growled softly

He nodded slowly. He rose to his feet and huffed, "You two can come in if you'd like but please close the door....."

Kenliye gazed at him for a moment longer, then turned to walk away. "Well, if you need to talk or anything...I guess I'll be in my room," she said softly as she began to walk.
