Xander traced one rune after another. Different feelins like strength, peace, silence, elagence wafted through him. He liked the way they burned for a little after.-"This is so awesome. I feel like a little kid drawing on myself with a crayola marker."-He said smiling.

"How? And, how did that one mark make you suddenly remember?"-He asked as he was tracing over one. 'Remembrance'.-"Oh! I remember how I know you, too!"-He looked at her shocked.

After a few minutes of wandering, Jerome had come to the conclusion that he was somewhere he'd never been before. He frantically racked his brain but could remember nothing leading up to the moment he'd woken up. Except for that word. "Atticus." What was that supposed to mean, anyways?
Farther away, on the other side of the cabins, Jerome could see a young girl leading a tall man through the grass. He took off running, waving his good arm and shouting, "Hey! Hey!" When he reached them, he stopped and looked at the two. The girl looked a bit older than he'd first thought- older than him. The man was older than her, but still quite young, and Jerome didn't recognize them either. "Hey, uh, do y'all know what's goin' on?" he asked in his strong Southern drawl.

Leya smiled graciously at him. "I am afraid I do not."SHe said, her accent making her words seem even softer. The boy looked younger than her and one of his arms was misshapen. "Cristpher and I were going to go see if we could find any more people and it seems as if we have!"She said happily. "What is your name?" Hadin padded up from behind them and looked up at Jerome. She purred and tried to get him to pick her up.

Xander nodded putting it back in his pocket.-"So, you're my baby sister. This is interesting."-He smirked.-"Who would have thought that we were siblings. I mean we don't look anything a like."-He said sarcastically.

Jerome glanced down at the cat in surprise, then kneeled down and held out a hand for it to sniff. Looking up at Leya, he said, "I'm Jerome. At least, I think I am. I must a bumped my head or something, 'cause I don't remember anythin'."
"Me neither," Christopher murmured. "Neither does Miss Leya. I wonder what could've possibly done that to all of us?" Again, he thought of his poison theory. It was unlikely they'd all had some major accident, so poison was the most likely thing he could think of. But what could possibly destroy their memories like that? Shaking his head as if to clear his mind of such thoughts, he asked instead, "Have you found your cabin yet?"
"I don't-" Jerome broke off, frowning, as he looked at the cabins. He had never been inside the one he was looking at, but somehow he knew it was his. "Yeah, I guess I have. It's that one over yonder," he said, pointing. "Cabin Bird." The cabin looked exactly like a miniature house, painted a pleasant yellow with a wraparound porch and flower bushes. In front of the cabin was a large tree with a cement plug filling a hole in the trunk.
