- Chista watched from a safe distance as the Amyru tribe slowly wakened. She wouldnt go down, not yet at any rate. She just watched. Being absolutely alone wasnt always good, sometimes she would stalk tribes just to remind herself there really were still other humans out there.
She glanced down at Luca, who obediently sat beside her. He seemed to be watching too, as if he unserstood what his companion was thinking. She smiled softly and put an arm around the wolf-dog. No, she wasn't completely alone, she had her Luca.
"What say you, hrm?" She crooned. "We stick around here for a while?"
Luca tilted his head towards her's, giving her a wet lick on the cheek as his tail began to wag.

Chenoa ate breakfast quickly and although females didn't typically hunt, she did. She ran out to her horse Aquene and shuffled through her bag, taking out some paint she had made out of some blue berries she had found recently, and some hawks feathers she had saved from the recent catch yesturday. She braided some feathers into Aquene's hair, and took the blue paint and carefully added it around Aquene's left eye. Chenoa spoke, "Oops. Almost forgot bow and arrow. Most have for hunt."
She ran quickly back into her teepee and grabbed her bow and arrows and placed the arrow in the quiver. Then ran back out to Aquene and untied her from the tree. Aquene took off quickly and Chenoa jumped on quickly. She heard a howl behind her and smiled. It was Magena coming along for the hunt.

Bio:
Her tribe hunted her down and were about to make the kill when Chenoa yelled stop. She nursed her back to health and she has trusted Chenoa ever since, but no one else.

-The leaves and twigs snapped as Chista and Luca made their way down from their rocky perch. She didn't bother being careful yet, there was no one around for now. She savored the crisp cool air, though pulled her bear skin cloak closer about her shoulders. Her quiver bounced along against her side. She hated keeping it behind her, reaching down to her side was much easier than over her shoulder. In her hand she gripped her bow, not planning on using it any time soon, but again not wanting anything slung over her shoulders. Maybe she'd go down there now, hang around for a bit, catch up on the happenings of the real world. Luca barked, tail wagging slightly as he ran around her in circles.
"Not there yet, stupid. Hold your horses."

Chenoa rode swiftly through the plains approaching a herd of elk. She slowed Aquene down to a slow trot and slid off silently into the grass... Quietly she removed her bow from her shoulder and, staying low to the ground, she approached the herd. Her feet made no noise when they touched the ground, for she was being careful not to snap a twig. For it would spook the herd and she would lose dinner. So watching her footing, she slowly approached the herd, with Magena by her side. Magena knew what the plan was a quietly took off and went on the other side of the herd. If Chenoa missed the shot, then Magena would pounce from behind. The plan would hopefully work as planned, but Magena was there for back up. Aquene stand motionless in the open, grazing the grass. The herd had noticed her, but because she was a horse, with no saddle, bridle, or any tack, they assumed she was harmless and continued grazing.

- Luca's stance changed as they came away from the trees. He was no longer circling about his companion's legs and barking. His tail held still, his ears pricked up and he crouched down slightly.
Chista knew what that meant from the moment he changed. Elk. She nocked an arrow to the bow, ready just in case. She couldn't quite see them yet, but as she looked around she could see their outline in the near distance.

Chenoa approached more slowly and finally saw the elk herd was within shooting range. She reached slowly for her arrow and grabbed it. Placing it slowly on the bow she pulled back gently and aimed. Closing one eye she placed the bow by her eye to see. When she thought it was a perfect shot she released. But it missed. The bow continued onwards and went right past Chista, barely missing her. Magena saw the herd bolt off and ran after the weakest of the herd, running as fast as she could to catch it.

- Chista snarled as the arrow whizzed past her, dodging out of it's way. She slowly released the tension of her bow, putting her own arrow back in the quiver. The herd was gone and she didn't want to bother chasing them down. There'd be another chance, there always was.
Luca seemed to be of the same opinion, intently watching as that other wolf ran after the elk. He titled his head curiously, winning and looking up at Chista. She ruffled the fur on his head and smiled softly. "Later."
Chista cautiously began to walk towards the stranger, being at least a little curious.

Chenoa let out a sigh knowing that the hunt for today was over and stood up. The grass came up to her stomach and she swung the bow onto her shoulder and let out a sigh. She watched as Magena ran after the herd, but then turned her attention to the stranger she had almost hit. She blinked several times not sure she had seen this Native American girl before. She looked around and wondered where she had come from. Chenoa stood still, wondering this girl in front of her was a friend or foe, and if she should fight or flee.

- Chista stopped halfway between where she had been and the stranger. Probably one of the Amyru, though she wasn't sure if she were the friendly type or not. Luca trotted a few paces ahead, tail wagging slightly as he sniffed at the air.
Chista would wait right there, not to keen on throwing herself into the situation. If the stranger really wanted to talk to her, she'd come to Chista.
