Asami looked around, her cheeks gaining a rosy pink to them. She had thought he was a mindless beast for a bit, since all Erasers seemed to be. She looked around the group, and realized she knew no ones name. "I now know that," SHe mumbled to Zack. She turned around. "I, uh, I don't seem to know anyone's names yet! Since we're out now, we're probably going to be flocking together, huh? I think we should get to know each others names!!"

"I'm Sage." She said, her green eyes drifting over to Asami.

Amia had followed the group quietly behind, but at a slower pace because she couldn't see anything. Other than nearly falling over few times, she was unharmed. And now it seemed everyone was telling everyone else their names, she cursed mentally gazing down in the direction of the floor. Amia would have to listen for their names and figure them out between the different voices, it didn't seem to hard.

Rilo nodded in Zack's direction. "I only assumed that all of your kind were against us. But, I guess you are an exception to that." He glanced over to Asami with a faint smile. "Rilo." It was just a name he had given himself, since he hated being called 'experiment 038' all the time. He gently touched his chest when the burning started up again. These small 'attacks' usually warned him of a bigger one to come. And, he didn't want it to happen while they were at the School. "Let's get everyone elses name when we get outside?" he suggested and continued on, dropping his hand back to his side.

Lyra seemed happy with finally having a flock and she said happily "I'm Lyra" she looked at the hawk on her shoulder. "And this is Aaron"
Lyra looked over at Zack, smiling, but she frowned when she saw his face. He had his eyes narrowed at the others. His eyes looked them up and down, searching them for any evil intent at all. He noted that one of them wasn't looking in any specific direction, blind? He wondered how long that one would last. He then saw the one with the coat on hold his chest, and though he didn't show it on his face, Zack saw the pain in his eyes. Did the boy also have a wound? He thought for a moment. He would have rather traveled with just Lyra, but he would feel safer with her behind an army of avians.

Emily, who hadn't spoken for a while, looked at Asami, "I'm Emily." she said, "But you guys can call me Em or Emi if you want." She stretched her tan speckled wings than folded them in again. She looked at all the avians, "We should probably keep going." she said in her leader-like way, "before the whitecoats catch up to us."

"I agree." Kale spoke up after Emily had introduced herself, "We should probably find some place to stay for the night. It's not like a giant group of winged freaks can just sit in whatever tree or lounge in whatever park we feel like."

Rilo glanced over to Emily for a moment. There would probably be some competition for that leadership position then, since she seemed to like taking charge as well. "That's what we were planning on doing," he said to Emily before brushing past every and more toward the exit. He would have taken off running, but he kept at a brisk walking pace instead. He didn't want to appear in a huge rush to get out and find a safe place before the intense burning began. He hated having people worry about him.

Lyra smiled and began to follow them, but Zack grabbed her hand, pulling her back. He glared at the avians. He couldn't trust any of them, at any time, anywhere. He knelt down and looked into Lyra's eyes. He could see her burning desire to have a family other than Zack and Aaron. He sighed and said quietly "You know what might happen if we join them, right? The bigger our group is, the more likely they will find us"
"I don't care" Lyra says stubbornly.
Zack looked at her and squeazed her arm. "Fine, but know Lyra that we can never feel at home. We always have to be cautious"
Lyra sighed, ripping her arm away from him and she glared at him. "I know Zack" and she skipped after the rest.
Zack stayed there for a moment and then he sighed and rubbed the back of his neck, like he always did when he was nervous, then he jogged after them, Aaron's talons digging into his shirt.
