Personality: Amia avoids speaking to others because most of the time her sightless eyes gaze right pass the person. She can get easily frustrated, annoyed or upset if someone makes any comment about seeing anything or eye sight. Despite her “condition” Amia isn’t one to except help easily, always having felt that she needed to prove she could manage by herself.
History: Amia can’t remember when she arrived at the school, she doesn’t want to as it’s too painful for her. She can remember seeing shapes and colours, actual objects. Those are the memories she holds onto while only managing to survive what the whitecoats did to her. Amia’s blind, only seeing the darkness around her, this happened after a test which failed.

"No!" Asami screamed, her throat sore, and throbbing from her constant protesting and screaming. She put up quite the fight with two labcoats, but she was exhausted, and they shoved her in her cage once again. "Let me go!" She scream, her voice shaking, before finally cracking. She looked down as they started to walk away, breathing heavily. She started crying, and slammed her fists against the the bottom of her cage. "Please," She cried. "Let me out..."

Rilo scowled from behind the bars of his cage. His deep azure eyes were hard and cold, showing his discomfort. He glared sharply at the white coats who threw another avian back into her cage. He began to thrash around, trying to break free of the bars that kept him in. But, he failed as usual. He glanced over to Asami for a moment. "We all want to get out," he said, once he settled down.

Breeze cringed at the screaming she heard from another avian. She closed her eyes trying to tune it out. She tried to listen to only her thoughts. It didn't work though. She sighed, reopening her eyes to look over at Rilo and Asami. Breeze bit her lipm keeping quiet. She had been here she since she six. She had hated it here and hated it most that they decided to change her name. Breeze sighed. Her original name was Cheer, but no one but herself and the whitecoats knew. She turned her eyes again to look at the two.

Jared sat, growling to himself. He watched the avian girl get shoved back into her cage. He felt a small amount of sadness for the poor girl. Of course it was like that for all of them, himself included. He sighed, running his hand through his hair as he sat in his cage. He also wanted out of this dump. It was a terrible place.

Asami looked through the bars of her cage, looking for the voice that she heard. She saw what seemed to be another avian- like her. She wiped her eyes, feeling foolish of herself. "Yea," She said quietly, her voice thickening with grief. She looked around. There were more avians around her, and she felt a little better. Her eyes fell on one avian, (Jared) and she felt herself start to cry again. She turned away from everyone, and curled up, silencing herself. She hadn't seen someone with the least bit of sympathy for her since she came here.

"Crying isn't going to help anything," Rilo muttered as he took the padlock on his cage and examined it. He had a knack for technology, but his mind couldn't even crack that of a simple key lock. He plucked one of his feathers and tried to pick it with the shaft of the feather, but he failed, once more. "We need to break these locks some how. Or, take out the scientist that takes you out for testing."

"I'm not crying," Asami muttered, sitting up, and biting her lip. She shook her head, flicking her long, uncombed orange hair behind her. She looked around, then at Rilo. "Maybe if I make enough noise, I can get one of the whitecoats to take me out or something, try to punish me to get me to be quiet?.."

"If you're willing to take that chance and you're sure that you could possibly take him out," Rilo replied with a small shrug. "If you think you can, then go for it. I'd say that I'd have your back, but this cage kinda prevents me from actually being able to do that." He moved more toward the front, extending his wings as much as he could.
