Eldest's head inched to Katphira's side.

Katphira placed her hand on Eldest's head.

Soda was sitting on a rock, looking up at the full moon again.

Katphira gentlely stroke the dragons scales,"Where's Soda? I thought he was following you."

"He WAS, but....I don't know."

Soda was looking at the moon. I wish Katpheria could see this with me. he thaught.

Katphira limped out to her balcony to look out at the moon.

Katphira nodded gravely,"Probably glad to be alone."

Soda sat alone. "I wish she were here. Dallas took my dragon,, so now I really am alone." he said to the darkness.

"I'll be back." Katphira jumped down off the balcony and started to walked down the road.
