(Sorry about what? I just randomly had a sudden coughing fit.In a way that made you answer my post.)"They were travelers. We assumed they were elementals because otherwise I would be a mix breed wouldn't I? A dirty blood.I was so young, they really couldn't send me to the dirty blood camp anyway. I wouldn't have survived."She looked out towards the blue sky."They traveled together, but didn't really want me. So they threw in the snow the minute I was born. They were gone by morning when I was found. They were nasty rotten people and even worse parents."
She paused and seemed to stop talking, but then added"Only the fact that I was aligned with ice saved me. An instinct. Otherwise, I'd be dead."The calmess in her voice added a cold, dislocated sound to it.

Jer showed no visible reaction, though his eyes widened a little. "I think you're mistaken; I'm not her lover nor her mate." He said, though he coughed a little after, almost in shock. "So that explains the blood..." He murmured, eyeing Kiyomi's t-shirt skeptically. He didn't really have any right to be jealous of Twiggy, even though Kiyomi had never hugged him...He broke off the train of thought and smiled at her. "Thanks." He replied to her greeting.

Jer shot Hecate a sharp look as she invaded his thoughts, speaking to only him. It seems you're jealous; you just can't help it. One of these days she may be taken and you'll have done nothing about it. She thought pointedly, setting her amber eyes on his. He sighed and ran his tongue over his fangs.

Tarel beamed at Kiyomi, pleased that she was getting into calling him stupid nicknames. "Well, I'll go get more bandages then. I'll be right back," Tarel was in a good mood now, and bowed before he left for his cave, where he stashed all of his stuff.

"Rubbing behind my ears is lovely" Twiggy exclaimed suddenly and slowly got to his feet and walked closer to Jer, he cocked his head to one side, his deformed mouth showing and he grinned. "You are not her lover? But you seem so fond of Kiyomi-Dono" He stated and blinked his orange eyes twice and then put his hands lightly on his bare chest and he cringed his hand away from the missing skin and the gaping hole in his lower stomach.

He looked back at Tarel and nodded. "Thank you" He said and then lightly rubbed his tummy, he couldn't wait to be all wrapped up so he wouldn't look terrifying.

Kiyomi eyes widen "I-I'm not Jer's m-mate,"she shuddered a little, crossing her arms over her chest. Kiyomi shook her head soon after "And don't worry about getting my top dirty, it doesn't bother me anyway" she said and grinned.She turned to walk away, opening her mind as she did, to hear everyone's thoughts, Kiyomi was just curious, that is all.

She walked back into her clan, and out towards one of the cliff, smiling softly as she looked at where she sleeps. Kiyomi went though all of her clothes, trying to find something that would match her shorts, she soon found a black t-shirt with a broken red heart. Kiyomi shrugged ""This will have to do" she mumbled. She slipped off her bloody white top off and left it on the ground, before she placed her new clean top on. Kiyomi smiled, but it soon faded as she got a headache from having her mind open for this long. She leaned again the nearby tree and frowned at the ground, her eyes dulling.

Raiden looked every confused as the little girl spoke, he sighed deeply and rubbed his left eye "You make no sense what so ever"he muttered moodily, now this girl was starting to get on his nerves.

Jer remained cool and collected and he easily brushed back his caramel-colored hair with a fluid, graceful sweep of his slender hand. His eyes met Twiggy's, a hint of a challenge in their depths. "I can say the same for you, Twiggy. Was it that you were being scratched or that you were being scratched by Kiyomi? He asked, crossing his slim, yet muscular arms.

She lowered her head so she hid behind her hair, which shimmered in the light. She stood on the roof and dropped to the ground, where her hawk flew to her. She walked away slowly, then touched one of the beads in her hair."Oh. Right. Raiden is it? I plan on visitng my ice garden. It wouldn't be polite to not invite you. Do you want to come, or are you already tired of me like everyone else seems to get quickly?"Her voice was slightly aggravated, like she really didn't want to invite him, but knew that she should.It was also much softer than he'd ever heard her speak.

"Kiyomi does nice scratches" Twiggy conceded, seeing nothing wrong with his words. He blinked a few times and then mimicked Jer's pose and then cocked his head to one side and frowned. "You seem agitated" He stated and blinked a few times in confusion. I think he is angry with me. Because Kiyomi likes me. He thought and frowned further.

"You seem unusually aggressive." Jer replied smoothly, rubbing Hecate's head as she closed her eyes and purred softly. She was just as relaxed, but shot Twiggy a disapproving glance. What was more, his smell was beginning to make her feel a little sick. Her purr subsided as Jer's hand fell away.

He flicked back his long fangs and brought a finger to his mouth, tracing the outline of one of his fangs. He brought them in shortly after, ignoring Kiyomi for the moment. She was only adding salt to the wound.

"Twiggy is happy. In pain, but happy" Twiggy stated and nodded and then narrowed his eyes at Jer and let out a small cat-like hiss. "Are you a demon? You scare me slightly" He asked and narrowed his orange eye before brushing his fingers through his black hair and frowning, the ripped off skin of his mouth showing his teeth clearly.

He lightly stretched his arms out in front of him, the missing flesh from his upper arms showed clearly and he blinked a few times in distaste.
