The creature stalked Lauren from a distance the sense of movement would come and go but it was good enough to attract the creature near the lodge, it screeched as it lost track of Lauren and looked around for its pray with quick movements.

She froze in place, Hearing rustling in the trees far off. "M-Matt? S-Sam? Is that you?" She stuttered. Zima crawled back into Lauren's backpack, sensing something was wrong. Smart cat... She thought. Then she heard a screech. No I can't deal with this... I need to find Chris and Josh... Where did they go..? She looked around, But not moving from her spot on the steps. It sees movement..? She spotted a rock. Perfect... Lauren would slowly move to the rock then throw it down the hill, Since it would move quickly down the slope.

But.. man I'm not making any promises," he said with a slight chuckle shaking his head he paused and turned when he heard a screech far off, he was silent for a moment and then turned back to Josh "okay, so any plans?," he asked nodding twords lodge referring to trying to get in, also trying to change the subject.
