Once Chris pulled away from the hug he smiled "Pretty good, pretty good.., how about you man? how have you been? I know it's been hard and all.." Chris asked sympathetically a more serious look in his eyes, he honestly didn't want to have to bring it up but the concern for his friend was stronger then his caution for bringing up the matter and he wanted to know that Josh was alright. Suddenly he herd someone call out and he turned.

Lauren

Good.. It's actually them... She thought as she ran over to them. "Hey Chris! Hey Josh! Haven't seen you guys in a while... Anyways... Am I the only one feeling something strange coming back to here? It's almost like we're not supposed to be here..." She said as her kitten started acting strange. Lauren didn't like being back, it didn't feel right. Though she was happy she found some of her friends...

xxxxxxxxHis face dropped a bit visibly. Josh hadn't expected Chris to bring up his sisters right away, and a pit filled his stomach. "I... I'm managing. I'm getting through every day one at a time. For them." The eldest - and now only - of the Washington children murmured. Josh turned to Lauren. "It'll be fine. Don't worry about it." He tried his best to sound reassuring, but fell short by just a margin. He wondered if she felt something about his plan, but shrugged it off.

She'd glance at Josh warily. She never trusted him since Hannah and Beth died, Josh had always seemed... Different. "Yeah... Maybe you're right... I'm a little tired after the walk here anyway..." She'd laugh, Obviously uncomfortable. Suddenly, she'd hear a screech in the distance, Far enough away that they probably wouldn't be noticed. "Hey... We should head to the cabin... Like now..."

[Wendigo time! Also, until we have multiple people being Wendigos, anybody [With permission] can control wendigos. [For now you guys [Scout, Cosmic and tim] have permission ].

Chris noticed the change in Josh's expression, crap! bad idea.. Shouldn't have brought it up.. especially right away, I'm here to help cheer him up not to remind him about what happened in the past, he thought as he bit his lip, suddenly a screech rang out in the distance Chris turned "what was that?, a eagle or something?" he joked, but somthing told him it wasn't the best time for that. he turned to Lauren and Josh "yeah, let's get out of here,"

Lauren

She'd put her kitten back in her backpack,then start running up the hill, Not bothering with the cable car. I've never trusted Cable Cars and I never will... She'd always say, Not much of a surprise though, Since one time one collapsed and killed her mother. "Common guys! We need to get going! Lauren would shout behind her. She KNEW the screech wasn't some friendly fellow who was gonna help them, [Ohh she can be so sarcastic at times, as you'll come to notice...] She knew it was danger, And it was FAR too close for comfort.

xxxxxxxxJosh's eyes had widened at the ear-piercing screech. He become unsettled, never knowing to be any birds of prey on the mountain. There were deer, but he'd never seen a hawk, or an eagle, or a falcon. Besides, chances are that they wouldn't be at Blackwood Pines, as the weather had taken a turn for the cold and snowy. He shuddered, fear of the unknown surging through him, and grabbed Chris' wrist, tugging him along quickly as he followed Lauren.

Lauren

She'd be running as fast as she could as she noticed flames [seemingly] come out of nowhere nearby. "WHAT THE HELL?!" She'd yell as she ran up the path. "Keep going! I think we're almost there!".

Chris stumbled over something and almost fell as Josh gripped his rist, "oh come on guys it's probubly just a-," he paused when he saw a puff of flames coming for a few feet away, not seeing what had caused it he began to run faster "not a bird! not a bird! Decently a bird!"

((Sorry I disappeared for a few days! Was working on a big History project and stuff, but I'm all done now 'cause it's due tomorrow and my group is all ready to present it. Woo. Gonna, casually shove Mike n Sam into this.

_______Mike was pretty behind, as he had run into Sam on his way of walking, but as he heard shouts up ahead and saw the flames in the distance he picked up his pace, and soon began running full speed. "Hey! What's going on!" He called out, once close enough for the group to hear him..

_______Sam was walking when Mike, and when he started running, she did too. Equally confused, she followed, but stayed quiet as he yelled out to them.
