"Unless you want to camp here for a few days for him to update on his own.. This may be your only option." The droid frowned.

Platinum turned. "I'll go get him hooked up to my port. It will give him extra charge and help speed it up with the surplus amount of energy."

Luna nodded, "Be careful Platinum. His core recently overloaded."

Platinum said nothing as he walked away, his shoulders squared.

"His core overloaded?" The droid asked. "We.. don't run with cores here."

Luna looked over at the droid, "OH! You don't? Now I'm curious! What do you run with if not a core here? I know there are droids that run on different power sources. What do you use?"

[kia.]

"Well there are some of us that run off of fluids. Like a vehicle relies on oils to keep their engine running." The droid began to explain. "Some of us run off of clockwork pieces, others run off of engine mechanics like vehicles, and others happen to run off steam."

[Prince Endymion]

Luna grinned, "That's pretty cool! Most of the droids I know run on cores. I've never heard of running on clockwork pieces. How does it work?"

"well instead of core electricity, they have the cores of old clocks within them. Hey Terry!" The droid called. A bronze skinned droid approached, her movements rough.

"Huh! That's interesting." Luna nodded.

Sheldon stared through the glass, pushing his glasses back up the bridge of his nose as he nodded, writing a few things down after he looked at a screen. "Hm.. Rage seems to fuel the lot of them the most. How is the XJ unit doing?" He looked at one of the other scientists.

"Uhm.. Yeah.. About that.." The scientist grinned nervously. "The mother, XJ9... Kinda.. blew the room up. We can't find her anywhere right now."

"Oh boy. Jennifer.." Sheldon shook his head. "One that no one will tame. It's unfortunate that your children aren't as stubborn and warrior minded as you." He glanced back toward the droid he'd studied for the past out.

Cambria shrieked as she attempted to rip away from the chains that bound her. "Face me with courage you cowards!! This is what you do to wild beasts, not civilized beings!!"

"Perhaps you are a wild beast, droid." Sheldon replied through a microphone.

Luna nodded to the droids, "I think I'm going to see how Platinum and Kendal are doing now..."
