"There are three main questlines, but the basic storyline is ending a war." Cyrus nodded. "Which is why you can be arrested or turn away the armored men and run."

The horse continued forward, and the pounding of other horses hooves faded as the forest thickened. Kendal stopped the tired beast and looked around. "Not the best place to be." he muttered.

[Prince Endymion]

Luna nodded, "Ah! Interesting. I'd assume there are side quests?"

[kia.]

"Indeed." Cyrus nods. "And guild questlines.." He froze. "This is a part that your survival depends on race are skill level.. Kendal, what are you!?"

Kendal turned, holding the blade tightly and letting out a loose growl. His gaze locked on a pair of glinted grey eyes hidden in the trees. "My friend.." A voice called as the beast stepped from the trees. It was an anthromorphic lion like beast. He was blind, but had excellent hearing and vibration sense in its feet. His mane was thin and grey, and many of his teeth were missing. He was dressed in messy rags, and held a spear. A few other figures, humans, elves, and dwarf like folk stepped fourth, surrounding him.

Kendal's view flickered out to circle him in a third person view. He was similar to the lion beast, his a thick fluffy golden colored mane and white base fur. His eyes were a glinting green, and his top two canines where clearly visible when he mouth was closed.

[Prince Endymion]

Luna nodded, "Makes sense... What is he? Can you tell?"

[kia.]

"He is a Saber, the natives of a neighboring land to Rohan called Afurtica. They are strong, hearty beasts who value honor and bravery in battle. Due to him being a lion like beast, he has increased sight and has sharp claws, which make hand to hand combat deadly for his opponent." Cyrus nodded. "A good choice, but he could have chosen something more quick and stealthy."

Luna nodded, "I can see why he'd choose that."

[kia.]

The old Saber approached Kendal, his blind grey eyes focused on the blade he held. "Calm, my brother. Let us shelter you from the Imperial reign. They won't help us. They won't harm us."

Kendal tugged the horse's reins, making it turn around. "Remember my name - Kendal. I will return when things are well, when you are welcome out there."

"Don't you understand? If the imperials catch you, they'll kill you unless you join their forces against the rebels." The old beast frowned. "Come with me, Kendal Freshmane... We wouldn't wish harm in one's way."

Kendal seathed the blade, sighing. "I know this is terribly disrespectful, but please.. I will try and make things better." he whipped the horse back into a gallop and stormed off. He now had a cause, a purpose. And he had a bit of an idea what discord this land was in.

Cyrus watched. "Smart. The questions he could have activated would have needed him to be high level."

[Prince Endymion]

Luna frowned, "Really? That's... not smart... A group of the first people possible to meet should not be able to trigger high level material. He wouldn't have been prepared."

[kia.]

"They normally wouldn't be the first to interact, but Kendal happened to go that way. Bears and wolves were originally placed there to ward him off, but they didn't appear.." Cyrus frowned, jolting as he watched a wolf throw Kendal from the saddle.

Kendal snarled, slashing with his free arm as he rolled and dislocated his right shoulder. A small message popped up above his health bar 'Left shoulder, dislocated.'.

Luna nodded, "Perhaps that could be fixed too." She watched and winced slightly, "Ooo ow. Wait... Left? That's his right! To avoid confusion, that'll need to be fixed."
