Can I officially mark myself as the clumsiest person I know of? How do you even cut yourself with a kethup bottle?!?!))
Ileana~She shrugged to adjust her jacket on her shoulders. "Alright. Let's go. Walking ok? It might help burn off some energy. Do us some good." She as nervous about heading back up to the Vanguard Hall after yesterday. It was possible she get reprimanded and- well, that might prove to be a good thing. If she talked to Ikora about what happened and was fairly honest about it then maybe Ikora would have her back. It was possible. Ileana and Ikora had always gotten along fairly well. It probably stemmed from having minds that functioned on a high plain than most people. Ileana's was slipping as of late, that was true, but Ileana used to be one of the most amazing minds in the tower. To some extent she probably still was. It was evident to Ileana that her mind had slipped significantly even in the way she spoke. It was more simplistic than before. "I need to speak with Ikora when we get to the Plaza. Maybe while you browse Xur's house of horrors I'll head to the Vanguard Hall. Don't worry, I know what I'm doing."
Her ghost dropped a pair of shoes in front of her and she slipped her feet in while she moved passed them. She next to Mel. "Gotta have a kiss before it becomes PDA. Can't lose my chance." She smiled, briefly leaning over to kiss Mel on the lips before starting out the door, her foot propping the door to wait for the Titan. "You know, I have no intention of marrying you and I believe you expressed the same feelings on that topic but I really wouldn't mind going through that honeymoon stage. Vacation sounds wonderful. Just you and me and some dead fallen. No Zavala." She mused, hoping such a topic would lighten the tense mood that seemed to hang over them. The perpetual tension was getting unbearable and she would be happy to finally get rid of it someday.
August~He body was humming with excitement. It seemed wild to him that he was on the moon. He had managed to get a good amount of equipment with the money Ileana had given him. He was as conservative with the money as he could be. Abusing generosity wasn't something he was altogether comfortable with doing. He had invested in armor that was a bit better but not a significant amount. He could only do so much. This Zavala guy really seemed bent on the idea of having experience before getting better armor. "So, that place you say I'm not supposed to go under any circumstances is called the temple of who-now?"
"Crota! The Temple of Crota! Crota is long dead but it is not advisable that you go near the architectural catastrophe. There are many places in there that if you die I will not be capable of reviving you." Leo was losing his patience with August.
"Sounds like that exact place I should go," August said jokingly. It was enough to drive his ghost mad because Leo appeared in front of him, shell rotating so fast that August could have stuck him on the ceiling and used him as a ceiling fan. "Only joking," August added, looking around the area.
Another Titan was moving about quickly. One of August's eyebrows lifted slightly at the speed the guy had. Pretty fast for a Titan. Seemed to be a bit of a busy bee. August couldn't say much at the time, he was burning with energy. He was on the
moon. That to him was wild as a Tasmanian devil on energy drinks.
Akari~She didn't say anything more. She only watched him from the corner of her vision, shaky breaths and sniffles rocking her shoulders. She was furious with herself for coming undone even for a moment. She was supposed to be a friggin' stone wall for traveler's sake not a blubbering baby. Her eyes darted to him when he said she was too accepting of him in return. The ascendant. She let out a short laugh her shoulders squaring. Her tongue tucked into her cheek to prevent her from saying anything regrettable on the topic. If she could go back and change anything in her life it would be that. Before she'd stop them from dragging her through the vex gate, before she'd prevent the incident that left her half a guardian, before she'd save Ileana from everything she had become she'd go back to him. She'd stop him from going to Norway and warn him of what was coming. Get him away from the Vanguard before they could all turn on him like that. The level of betrayal he must have felt at his core was unimaginable to her. "For that they will never be forgiven," she growled the words. If she ever went off the deep end she knew exactly where you could find her first. At the threatening end of the knife in Zavala's face. One day the Vanguard would burn for that sin. She masked the twisted smile that wanted to spread across her face at the idea. It was something that she had thought long and hard over. To her the Vanguard wasn't with the light. They were just another political tyrant among many that was tolerated for the sake of order.
Light was simple to her. Her views of it were distorted, far different from those around her. She didn't think she was wrong. She thought everyone else was mislead. The Vanguard betrayed her when it turned it's back on Roman. Her ghost noticed that she was zoning out in an odd way and transmatted a heavy coat onto her back. The sudden weight made her eyes focus. She pulled her arms through the sleeves of the jacket. Her fingers fumbled over the zipper for a few moments before running it up. "You were never anything close to a blight. You never will be. Blight brings pain and suffering. You eliminate that. You're a God among Kings and if they can't see that they're fools."
