((I'll totally read it.^_^))
Nadia slightly raised an eyebrow for a second, when he mentioned that was one more thing that he needed to do. It didn't click right away, but she got the message when he pulled her closer to him. She closed her eyes for that fleeting moment when he had kissed her. Her eyes fluttered open when he moved away, and that was when he told her that he was ready to go. She nodded her head once in understanding, but she didn't move from where she was. As she waited for her Ghost to initialize the transmat onto the ship, she brought up her free hand to lightly rest against his chest armor. A trace of a smile was etched on her lips with this feeling of being as light as a feather coursing through her. Shortly after, there was the pull of the transmat that had made her stomach twist and flop the first few times that she had done it. She had taken a step back with the hand that was resting on his chest being dropped to her side. "Coordinates locked? Drive activated?" she had asked, but did not look over her shoulder to check up on Plato who was fiddling around in the cockpit. It seemed like he was able to lock in those coordinates and received clearance from the hangar of the Tower to proceed out. She kind of wondered what excuse he had used to get the ship into queue. It was most likely listed under reconnaissance. Technically, it wasn't that of a bluff. She really was going to take him somewhere that he needed to return to when the time has come. So they were exploring the land for an occurrence that would eventually roll on by, whether they were ready for it or not.
"I have the coordinates set in. Ship's ready to go. Just needs voice recognition to bypass." Plato explained shortly while he moved away from the cockpit. Oh right. One of the intricate systems that was on this ship. A soft breath left her as she turned to look over to the cockpit. It should be able to pick up her voice from where she was standing, right?"Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting.Dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before." she said softly with the typical conversational tone of voice. A few seconds later, she heard a light clicking sound followed by the rumble of the engines. There we go."ETA is three to five minutes." Plato chimed as he looked over to the two Guardians, before he trailed off towards the back of the ship. From the corner of her eye, she watched the Ghost for a few seconds. She then lifted her gaze up to Feron with a small smile. She started to take a few steps forward, not wanting to drag him along and for him to catch the hint to walk with her. She then continued onwards to the cockpit, and released his hand as she did this. She sat down into the pilot's seat, and pulled her helmet over her head."Well then. Now that you know everything..." she was starting to say with her hand making a sweeping motion over the panels. When she did that, there was a light shimmer that crackled over it to reveal what it truly looked like underneath the mask that was kept over it. Clever that she did that. It was a trick to the eye, much like how Cayde was known to hide things out in the open but not in plain sight. A few holographic gauges that hovered over the panels popped up to show the radar, temperature outside, a 3-D model of the ship to show integrity and shield percentages, and a whole bunch of other information that she didn't pay much mind to.

Roman had set down the pastry, when she began to mention the Vanguard. He slightly nodded his head, hearing that there was a high probability that she would be dragged over to the Vanguard. There was only so much time that you could allow to pass, before you would eventually have to heed the call of the Vanguard. He didn't like the sound of it. He took her side on this subject. That he would defend her and her case because it wasn't fair of them to start running these tests when she managed to pull one hell of a feat by surviving a direct hit from a Lighteater ogre. Sure, Guardians were known to have a swift recovery time in comparison to a regular person that you would see strolling down the corridors of the Last City or the Tower. They could not simply expect for her to be up on her feet and in tip-top condition in a matter of days. Even he wouldn't have been able to recover that quickly. It would have taken him several weeks for him to recover from a blow like that. That ogre tossed her to the side like a rag doll, and despite the odds that were stacked up against her, she told death to pretty much go to hell and come back at some later date. She wasn't dying on that day, and she fought long and hard to survive. It was actually an extraordinary sight to see her being able to walk around and even to trudge around Zakynthos with her armor.
He thought she was making a great recovery, and if the Vanguard did not see that, then they could follow where death has been redirected."Well, they can go screw themselves if they think that-" he was beginning to say, but that was when Athena popped up beside him with her bright blue optic glowing brightly as he said this about the Vanguard."Roman." the A.I. interjected which caused for his shoulders to tense for a fragment of a second. "What? Listen, if they are going to give her a hard time, then I am going to give them a piece of my mind. She's well. " he murmured, before he lifted his hand to push the A.I. away from him. He then shifted her gaze over to Akari when she was taking one of her pills. From where he was standing, he wouldn't be able to read which one it was that she was taking. When she rolled the pill bottle over the counter, his hand lightly rested on top of the bottle so that it would not end up rolling off the counter. Confusion flickered in his eyes, seeing how she had seemed to have been growing irritated. What was it? Was he the cause of it? He took a slightly cautious step back from the counter with a small tilt of his head. He kept his eyes on her for a few seconds, and found himself looking over towards her Ghost when it had mentioned giving her a mood stabilizer. Her response was all that he needed to realize that she was definitely not a happy camper."I-uh..." he was starting to say as he looked over to her and then over to his Ghost."I can have him come here if you wish." he told her, but then realized shortly after that she may have taken it the wrong way and assumed he was talking about one of the Vanguards."Miles. I was talking about Miles." he added quickly."Or, we can go some other day." he mentioned with a light shrug of his shoulders. That part had been added to the equation because he had noticed how she seemed to not be so happy and cheerful like she usually was."Akari..." he started to say softly to her with this worried look reflecting in his eyes.
