Nadia glanced over to the side right as he announced that the strawberries were sliced. She looked up at him with a warm smile seeing that he had done an excellent job. He cut the small green tops and everything."Perfect." she told him, as she added another layer of yogurt. That was when she reached for the sliced strawberries to put on top of the layer with a few blueberries in each glass. After that, one final layer of yogurt was added before she set everything to the side."One final touch to it..." she started to say while she took the bottle of honey and made a small heart on the top of the parfait. She pulled one of the drawers out to retrieve two spoons, before she set one of them beside his parfait."...finished.Go ahead and start eating." she told him with a soft tone of voice."I'll be over there shortly." she added. It would only take her a minute or two for her to put everything back where it belonged and to clean the cutting board. Just minor tasks that she didn't mind doing. She brought the wooden cutting board to the sink to wash it off with some warm water, and then setting it out to dry. After that, she returned the packages of the remaining blueberries, strawberries, granola, and the vanilla flavored yogurt back into their proper places. When that was done, she had taken her parfait and spoon to head over to the dining room table that the two usually sat at to enjoy their meals. She dipped her spoon into the fruity concoction as she walked to take the first sample. A low sound of content rumbled through her throat at the burst of sweet flavors.
This was a perfect light snack, before they would head out. It was healthy, yet you didn't have to compromise with taste. Plus, there was the small health benefits. Then again, if you were an individual that was capable of living for centuries, you probably didn't have to worry all too much about health benefits. It was just one of the perks that came with becoming a Guardian. In her case, she didn't show any signs of aging. Still had that youthful complexion despite the years that have passed and several other factors that should have made her age. She sat down in the seat that she usually took at the dining table. She flashed a smile at Feron, before she continued to eat her parfait. As she was eating, she crossed one leg over the other as a way to become a little more comfortable. When she was nearly done with her parfait, she looked over to the side seeing a small flash of light beside her. Nadia blinked her eyes a few times, seeing that it was her Ghost. "Ship's fueled. Systems are a go. On queue to depart from the hangar." was all that Plato informed her, before vanishing from out of sight. She simply nodded her head, before she had finished up her parfait. She set the spoon inside the glass, and then she stretched her legs out from underneath the table. A yawn was threatening to escape from her, so she brought one of her hands up to cover her mouth as she did, before she dropped her hand to the side. She felt the small difference of weight belonging to her armor being settled onto her with her helmet appearing on her lap.Her Ghost would probably end up transmatting them when he was certain that they were both ready to go. She got up to stand with her helmet being tucked underneath her arm. She plucked her glass from on top of the table to go set it down into the sink. She had surveyed the vicinity to make sure that everything was fine before they would leave. No lie, as the days grew shorter, she was becoming more and more anxious and nervous. He had probably noticed it. Much like when she was speaking to him about the important matter and how tense she seemed to have been. She had the right to be sort of freaking out like this. No pressure for these Guardians, but this was an event that would determine a lot of things. It would either end with a sense of peace and tranquility, or that of violence and chaos. There was only so much she could do. The rest was up to them.

Roman slightly tilted his head when he heard her question to whether or not she slept well. Ah, it was one of those answers that could have multiple meanings to it. She may have actually slept well last night. There was this tinge of doubt that was the case though. Why did her Ghost scan her wrist last night? Perhaps, she didn't have a good rest at all. He was pondering about it, but he left it at that. He wasn't going to bug her with questions , so he moved on over to some other subject. When she sat down on the edge of the bed, there was a small smile that appeared on his lips as an idea crossed his mind. He crawled over to where she was sitting, and with one sweeping motion, he wrapped an arm around her waist and brought her down with him so that she would be laying beside him at that moment. He pressed his lips against her cheek to plant multiple kisses. He moved his head slightly back with a grin while he released his hold around her arm."I slept well. Most likely because you were there with me." he responded, as he brought himself to sit up. He lifted his hand to ruffle through his slightly disheveled hair, and then he looked over to her."I'm going to hop in the shower now. I'll be out in about ten to fifteen minutes." he told her while he got up to head over to where the bathroom was. He had one foot in the bathroom, but he paused when he caught a glimpse of Athena floating a couple of feet behind him. He turned slightly to look over at his Ghost. Huh. Perfect timing."Send him a notification. We will be there soon." was all that he told Athena, before she had disappeared to go and alert this colleague of his. He looked over to Akari with a larger smile, and then he had spoken to her."Go ahead and have some breakfast. There should be some pastries in a box in the fridge. Once again, I couldn't help myself." he told her with some laughter as he headed into the bathroom to go and take a shower. He shut the door behind himself, and then reached over to the shower to twist the knobs to get the shower started so it could adjust to the right temperature. He absolutely hated cold water, so he would have the patience to wait about a minute for the temperature to be just how he liked it. When it was time, he took off the outfit and jumped into the shower. About halfway through the bathing session, he realized that his shampoo bottle was empty. He cursed lowly to himself, before he fixed his attention onto the shampoo bottle that Akari usually used. Welp. It looks like he was going to smell like a girl today. He would have to add that to the shopping list, and get her an extra shampoo bottle for using hers today. He shut the valve for the water off, and had quickly dried himself off. He got back into the outfit he was going to wear today, and then he headed from out of the bathroom to go downstairs.
