As he moved towards her so that he would be standing directly in front of her, Nadia had to tilt her head back in order to keep her gaze on his face. Ugh. Curse this height difference. She was going to need one of those pillows that rested around your neck for every time she would look up at him. She dropped her gaze down when he held out his hand for her to take. She intertwined her fingers with his, while she lifted her gaze back up to him when he was beginning to speak again. About breakfast? What did he have in mind? She could try to make something simple like a plate of scrambled eggs with some buttered toast. Her lips formed into a pout when she heard the height related comment. She purposely moved to the side to lightly step on his foot for a second or two, before moving over to the side."Well, it looks like someone is sleeping on the couch today." she said only for her to break into a smile a second later as she looked over to him. Ah, she would never have the heart to do that to him. Even if she was upset, which never occurred between the two to this date, he would probably win her over with that charming smile of his.
She frowned slightly, hearing his suggestion of a bowl of cereal with some toast. Really? That's what he wanted? Nothing wrong with a bowl of cereal, but just like the majority of the time, she was probably going to end up spoiling him. That was when a lightbulb flashed in her mind."I know! Come on. I'm going to show you how to make something that's real simple but yummy!" she told him with an excited tone in her voice. She started to lead him from out of the bedroom, and headed down the staircase with a bit of caution so that she didn't end up dragging him down the steps. She released his hand when she made it into the kitchen area. She glanced over her shoulder for a moment, seeing that there was a cutting board out. She pulled out one of the knives from the knife block, and set it down on top of the cutting board. Once that was done with, she bustled over to the fridge to take out a package of strawberries, blueberries, and a jar of yogurt. She set them down beside the cutting board, and then went to fetch two tall glasses and a packet of granola."We will be making parfaits." she announced as she looked up at him. "Can you cut a few strawberries in half please? I shall do the rest,my sous chef." she said softly as she took a spoon to create the first layer into the glasses and dropping a few blueberries and granola on top, and then added another layer of yogurt. It felt like it was missing something to it though. She pondered about it for a few seconds, before the thought had crossed her mind. It would need a dash of sweet to it. She trotted over to the kitchen area, only to return a few seconds to spritz a small amount of honey into it. She brought the tip of the nozzle of the honey to her index finger, and put a golden droplet onto her fingertip, before she lifted it to her lips to taste the honey. Just the right amount of sweet to it.

Roman didn't notice that she had slipped away from his side to head over to the bathroom. He did feel her move from underneath his arm, which made make a low sound of protest. He didn't budge from where he was resting, but he was beginning to stir from her light sleep. When he heard the soft click of the door, that was what caused for him to open his eyes. He blinked his eyes a few times to adjust to the light of the room with a yawn managing to slip from out of his grasp. He sat up from where he was laying down and he lifted his hand to brush through a segment of his short hair. He looked over towards the bathroom after hearing the sound of water patter against the tiles. Shower. She went to go take a shower. So while she was occupying the bathroom, he got up from where he was sitting on the bed, and headed over to the closet. He was browsing through the hanged clothing in the closet only to realize that a lot of the outfits shared similarities. Long dark pants that were usually jeans, a belt, and a collared shirt with long sleeves that he tended to roll up to his elbows. It was kind of expected of someone around his age group.
A more mature appearance than what he sometimes saw the younger folks sport around in the Last City. He pulled a burgundy red sleeved shirt with a set of dark colored jeans from off the rack, and then set them down onto the edge of the bed. When today's outfit was selected, he decided to get a little more rest by crawling back to where he had been laying down before. Mind as well rest a little bit more till she was out right? He didn't bother moving from underneath the blankets again, and he rested his head on the two pillows that he had stacked. He closed his eyes to rest them, but it wasn't long till he found himself opening his eyes. He flicked his gaze over to the bathroom with the door partially opened. He didn't lift his head from off the pillow, but there was a small raise of an eyebrow. She summoned up her Ghost to go fetch the clothes that she forgot. An amused smile spread across his lips, before he turned his gaze away and shut his eyes. She didn't want to run the risk of going streaking for it. He wouldn't have cared. He would have closed his eyes if she asked him to. There was a small amount of time that had passed, before he heard light footsteps approaching the bed. Roman had opened one of his eyes to see Akari in what looked like a coat. He turned over so that he would be facing her with a warm smile."Good morning,Akari. Sleep well?" he asked her softly, while he sat up from where he was laying. He figured that since she was out of the shower, he could now jump into the bathroom to get ready.

The Awoken Warlock's hands have been lightly resting on the railing with a calm composure. That is, until someone's voice blared into the communication channel of her helmet. It caused for Sable to suddenly straighten her once relaxed posture with her hands moving away from the railing. My god. Scare her like that again, and she probably would have to be revived by her Ghost. While it may have been some time ago that she had last heard the voice, it was familiar to her. Arius. Jahoan's Ghost. She shifted her gaze momentarily over to Jahoan with piqued curiosity, and then she looked over to a group of Guardians that were clustered near the Cryptarch to decode their engrams. She was listening to what the Ghost was saying to her."I'm doing well, Arius. It's been quite some time, hasn't it?" she started to say with her arms crossing against her chest."I have kept low over the months. I do apologize for dropping off the radar like that. This has actually been the first time since I have been to the Tower for about five to six months." she explained to the Ghost."Not much going on. Initially came to visit Kat in the hospital. Beautiful baby she's got there. She's going to be a pretty girl when she gets older. Much like her mother." she started to say, unsure whether or not to mention the mission that the Vanguard has tasked her with. With the resources at Jahoan's fingertips, no doubt, he has already heard about the rehabilitation attempt about the Taken Hunter. Odd that they would task her with it. Considering the fact that these two had fought once in the past. Did they seriously think she could trust him that easily after that? She sure as hell wasn't going to go soft on that Hunter with the recovery process. It was going to be boot camp 2.0 for him.
