Screaching to a halt, Kiyomi sat down and waited for Alex to catch his breath. Wooooo! Your oout of shape Alex! Thats it! We're going running before school every morning! She thought with a wicked grin.

Nyu giggled. "I wish a human would do that to me.. I'm just a stray dog to them." Nyu shrugged. "But they're all the same," She said.

"Nothing," Ryu replied lightly. Running away involved running to another location but this one was hiding in the same town but in a different house. Should this be ironic? "I wont be here long," He said. She probably didnt want him here for a month or anything. He just wanted a time off away form his own home. He had to go back sooner or later, cops would be lookin' for him and such.

Suki looked at him "o-ok" she said

Ryu nodded slightly. "But thanks anyway," He said looking at Suki. "Where am I going to sleep?" He asked as he looked away to scan her house.

Suki smiled "up stairs" she said

When Alexander was ready, he jogged after the dog and picked up the leash. "Okay. You can run, but not while I'm holding the leash."

Toni shrugged. "Well, I suppose I'm just a stray cat." She pointed out.

Nyu tilted her head. "You're only a stray if you believe you are," She said with a blink. "I've been here for almost 200 years and i never once felt like a stray."

Ryu nodded and relaxed a little. He headed for the staircase and made his way up the stairs reaching the second floor. He remembered his old house when he was little and felt a wave of sadness at the back of his head. This emotional roller coaster is going to drive him mad but he still wasnt over the deaths of his mother and father.

Toni was a bit confused by that statement, but she didn't want to seem dumb so she nodded as if she understood. "I guess," She said while switching her bag to her other hand.

Kiyomi laughed in her mind and ran a circle around Alex befor running just far enough away to tie his feet together without knocking him over.
