Alica glared at the doctor. "Thank you Sherlock Holmes." She muttered, earning a nasty glare from the doctor. She stroked Wren's hand softly, and waited for the doctor to leave before she spoke again. "I just don't know why. You love me...even though I'm mean to you, I just can't stand it. It's so aggrivating sometimes....I just wanted you to leave me alone." She closed her eyes as more tears fell down her cheeks. "Then you did this," She put her hand against her stomach, "And I just wanted you to get out of my life forever....then I realized, you can't be out of my life. This baby is a part of you too, a part that can never leave. Not once did I think to get rid of it, I wanted this baby." She looked up at him with wet eyes, and squeezed his hand, "And when you got into that wreck, I was so worried, and I knew I didn't want you out of my life, I wanted you to be okay, to keep annoying me and being troublesome....to be a father for this child....." SHe said, and looked down at the floor.

He gave her a watery smile. he didn't know what to do, so he looked at the clock. it was already 1:30am. "you should rest." he told her. "if you could find out what they did with my clothes my room key is in the butt pocket of my jeans." he said. he squeezed her hand lightly, willing her to look at him

Alicia shook her head, "Since I am technically your wife, as far as they know. I can stay in here over night." She said glancing over at the pull out couch. "I'm staying her with you Wren. No butt pockets about it." SHe said, and looked at him with a smile.

He laughed. he patted the bed and scooted over a bit, wincing.

Alicia rolled her eyes, "If you insist." She laughed, and layed down beside him, making sure not to disturb any tubes or things. She stroked his hair, which was tangled and unkempt. "They really don't know how to treat people at this hospital." She sighed, and becan combing through his hair with her fingers.

"don't worry about it." he said. "i am perfectly comfortable right now." then he fell alseep

Alicia smiled as he fell asleep. She kissed his forehead, and looked over at the pull out bed. "It didn't look near as comfortable as she felt right here with Wren. She smiled, and snuggled closer to him, then fell asleep.

He dreamed sweet dreams with alicia snuggled up next to him. He woke up in the morning, back stiff, but extremely happy. The docter came in with a clipboard, and glared at sleeping alicia

Alicia's tail flicked, hearing the impatient foot tapping of the doctor. She sighed and opened one eye lazily. "Can I help you with something?" He muttered, sitting up. She looked down at Wren and smiled, "Good moring." She said, and kissed his cheek, then got out of the bed when the doctor grunted angrily. "Okay. Okay, I'm going." She plopped down on the couch and laughed inwardly.

He rolled his eyes in alicia's direction. the docter((lets say his name is dr. freedman)) ran some more similar tests on wrens body, then said that he would be free to go in a couple more days. "thank the lord" he said. he tried to sit up, but it wasn't working out, so he pressed the button on his bed remote and made himself sit. he then looked at Dr. Freedman. "what does it take to get some damn food around here?" he asked.
