Logan watched carefully as one of the men slipped off the muzzle from around his snout. He waited intently, watching every move the man made. Just then, the man turned away for one moment and Logan knew that was his chance. He suddenly launched himself at the man, biting his arm. His sharp teeth sunk into the man's vunerable flesh. Blood oozed between Logan's teeth and down his chin as the man bled.

The whole room seemed to go balistic. Humans were scream, yelling, runnung around the room. Some of the experiments that hadn't been set free with the others were banging on the cages, shrieking and making horroble noises, and biting themselves. One freaked out so much, he ended up killing himself. Logan couldn't believe he had set off such a racket just by biting someone. The man flailed around, trying to shake Logan off of him, but that would NOT be happening any time soon.

Merr lunged at the grating, trying to get free. But it was almost impossible from where he was standing, although he refused to give in... Not to them. He howled loudly, hoping to make everyone stop and watch him. At least then it would be quiet.

~Logan~
Logan finally let go. He flew across the room and crashed into Merr's cage. The impact was so weak it broke just one bar of the grating. Logan shook his head, trying to shake off the pain from the crash. He looked around the room and noticed that all the humans had cleared out. But not for long. One man came stalking into the room with an electric stun gum in his hand. He closed in on Logan, but Logan was not prepared to fight, and he didn't want to do it again. So he let the man stun him. But just before he blacked out, he thought how brave and fun attacking that other man had been.

Merr swiped at the man where the broken bar had been, claws outstretched. He knocked the stun gun from his hands and gave him a pretty nasty slash. Unlike Logan, Merr was almost always prepared for a fight. Some would even say that was when he was happiest.

~Logan~
The man yelled as Merr's claws sunk deep into his skin. "You good for nothing piece of dirt," the man snarled, clutching his arm. He picked Logan up, slung him over his good shoulder, and stomped out of the room, muttering,"Good for nothing... We'll see how well you can fight as a dog when we're through with you." He opened a door leading to a lab, then slammed it shut, mmaking any light that had come into the room before disappear.

Merr licked the blood from his claws, smirking slightly. He was happy now... He had his taste of blood, he wouldn't stop until that man was dead. That was the way he hunted... And even worse, it was fun. Injure the victim, then make sure it left a scent trail, and then you rip them apart or begin eating while they still have enough breath to scream. That was the best way... But not many shared his views.

The person in the shadows narrowed their eyes at one of the CCTV screens, showing Merr and Logan's attack. Growling one lightly tanned hand came out and pressed a button with slender finger. Immediately all the windows, doors and exits/entrances had very strong electrified metal panels slid over them. Sirens started to go off, doors slide down, cutting off the area that the two canines were in "Gas them, if they don't brain wash soon, kill them." More of the suffocating gas flooded into the area that Merr and Logan were in. They then scanned the other screens, pleased that the others were being more co-operative.
