All across the new region of Hoveria, Theres all kinds of pokemon. Most towns are on islands, needing surf or fly to get across. One night, as the lights went out, Arcius arose. All pokemon went back to level 5 under his absolutely evil power. nothing could reach him alone. Even the champion was powerless as she tried to reach the wild beast on Quil, her Starapter! Now, few brave trainers work together, but will they be able to stop the wild beast?
