It’d never be admitted, that one needs the other. Ying and Yang work so well together, but when they’ve separated, the world cannot bare this. The heavens even cried that day, when the Ying was lost, when Yang was left empty without it and wouldn’t admit it. However, this was by all means, one of the moments Yang needed a Ying.
Everyone was behind cover, bullets flying out like crazy. Grey was dealing with the injured deadeye currently as grey looked back at felix, seeing his injured shoulder. “Felix! Get over here you dummy! You’re not a sniper! You wont be able to take them out! So just get over here and lets deal with that shoulder!” She demanded and received a covered glare from the other. “You don’t know me!” Felix answered angerly as he loaded his pistol and attempted to fire off a few shots before attempting to advance once again. However, Felix was brought down suddenly from a surprise round that lodged itself past his armor and into his robotic leg, jamming it and keeping it from moving. “Christ!” Felix hissed and quickly curled up, covering himself with his hardlight shield.
He saw the advancing enemy troops, eyes wide when he was unable to fire off any shots. Several of them went past him, but one stopped, pointing a gun down at felix. “This time, no ones getting back up.” They stated gruffly as felix squeezed his eyes shut only for a shot to ring out. Felix tensed before hearing a thud and looked, seeing the guy before him had dropped to the ground suddenly with a hole in his visor. “W-What?” He mumbled confused before hearing a gurgled scream and seeing another body being thrown. He stared in shock as several people suddenly went down and before he knew it, there was a hand infront of his face. “Get up.” Came a familiar dark male voice as felix slowly looked over to be met with the familiar helmet. “L-Locus…” Was all felix could manage before locus was grabbing him by the armor and hauling him up.
“Idiot, what have I told you?! Don’t get distracted!” Locus scolded as he held felix off the ground. “B-But how?!” Was all felix could force out. “I’ll explain later.” Locus stated as felix managed a nod before locus quickly dragged felix back to cover, huffing faintly. “You’ve gotten heavier. Your neglecting training again.” He scolded. “Why is it, you died and still didn’t change?!” Felix finally managed to get out jokingly as locus rolled his eyes, laying felix down and allowing Emily to move over to help felix.
The universe had cried out its heart when ying and yang had been broken. However, that did not stop the two from clashing, unless both ying and yang were destroyed, one had to live with the other. Even in death, ying would always be apart of yang, one way or another.
