(It definitely was beauty aha xD))
Ness
For a moment, he watch Mary, understanding why she might be scared. He still remembered his first battle and sometimes it haunted him. Sure the opponent he had then wasn't something like this shadow creature, but it was nonetheless an enemy. At least she seemed to have a weapon to use and that he wouldn't have to handle the whole fight by himself. "Don't worry, we'll make it through this," he assured her with a smile. He knew comfort was always a positive thing and he would keep true to what he had said to her. Some shadow creature wasn't going to stand up to his powers, or at least he hoped. Quickly, Ness jumped forward, his hands turning from the bluish-green color to a fiery orange. Light always scared shadows right? He assumed his fire would have the same effect then. The flames slipped from his hands and flew toward the monster, causing it to hiss in annoyance, but not disappear. The orange glow disappeared from the boy's hands allowing the bluish one to return.
Nowi
The girl blinked in surprise when Flannel greeted her as a fellow beastkin. How he had been able to figure such a thing out so quickly? Had he possibly seen the stone she was clasping in her hands and actually known what it was? She was about to open her mouth and speak to the two in front of her when she heard a voice from behind her and she turned around to face Ghirahim. Almost instantly, she noticed his pointed ears, ones that resembled her own. Was he a manakete like herself? "Hello sir," she greeted to the newcomer. Her lavender eyes however were drawn back to Flannel, having many questions for him right from the start. When the other female in the group asked if she was really a dragon, Nowi nodded her head ever so slightly before opening her hands and revealing the stone within them. "I am Nowi of Ylisse. I am of dragon blood like you have said. This stone allows me to reveal that power," she told the others. It was hard for her to keep herself from getting too excited at the moment, but she was doing her best to hold it together and be serious. Maybe Nah had begun to rub off on her too much before she had gone through the portal. She was always nagging her to be serious and here she was doing just as her future daughter had wanted.
Ruby
"Is something the matter? No, I feel just fine," the boy replied as he reached for one of his other Pokeballs. He snatched the top one off his bag and tossed it out in front of him, revealing his Milotic, Mimi. Confusedly, Zuzu looked toward his trainer, wondering what had overcoming him all the sudden. Unlike him, the Pokemon hadn't been effected by whatever Ruby had been. "I suggest you give in to me. I'm far out of league and my master will be glad to claim his first victim in this castle." The smirk on the boy's lips twisted into a devilish smile before he flicked his hand forward. "Zuzu, Mimi, I'm counting on you to take on her Pokemon. I'll take care of her." Upon the request from his trainer, Zuzu snorted softly, sensing that it wasn't actually Ruby giving the commands. The Pokemon wouldn't dare hurt his own trainer, but he wouldn't follow these orders either. He wouldn't allow Mimi to do so either. The Swampert grabbed the tail of the Milotic and held her back to, knowing that the other Pokemon didn't sense anything wrong with the situation like he did. Zuzu looked toward Rosa with pleading eyes knowing that she was the only chance he had to snap Ruby out of whatever he was in.
