"Well it's Halloween, Delta." I whisper back to him. "What's a year without me scaring the life out of him." I muse before activating the gravity boots. "Follow my lead." I chuckle and walk up the wall and on the ceiling, looming above the group. I watch him stop and look around before I drop down in front of him, the Director instantly pinning me against the wall with a growl. Okay....this was a bad idea.

Delta was instantly in the director's face, bright red. "I suggest you back off sir or things slip out while fathers about." He hissed dangerously as he stared at the director.

I clear my throat and lower my elbow away from York's neck upon realizing it's him. I then step away, leaving York a cowering mess. "Apologies. BUT WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU WERE TRYING TO DO?!"

"Check on you! Half the hallway is a mess of shrapnel and dead people!" Delta shouted back before pointing at omega. "I'm not getting mad, shut up!" He hissed as omega held his hands up. "I'm here to help if you are though." Omega answered.

"You almost gave us a heart attack!" I hiss as the Director glares.

"If you care to help, perhaps not scaring people would be best."

York is laughing. "Sorry. Sorry! It's just so funny~"

"Glad you're enjoying yourself." The Director rolls his eyes. "Now if we may, can we please get the power back on, Alpha?"

Delta was still bright red, shaking his head in slight annoyance at the moment as omega stood there, faintly rocking on his heels tell both fragments had there attention grasped. "No, no, no, no!" Delta suddenly yelped, moving away from York and moving to the closest window. "Enemy ship is currently backing off and preparing for a slip space jump." Omega informed.
"Sigma!" Delta practically cried, the distance to great for himself to jump for maine/sigma's chip at the moment.

"It's alright, D. I promise." I wrap a palm around him. "Everything's alright. We're just in the dark. Alone. Vulnerable."

The Director seems to shiver, and I laugh more.

"And Maine is over on the cargo ship." I muse.

"Excuse me?"

My attention, as well as everyone else's goes over to the window. "Wh-what? D, you sure?"

"I've spent enough time with alien crafts to know when any ship is preparing to jump. And that's just what there doing." Omega answered as delta clung weakly to York's thumb as he watched the enemy vehicle finally vanish with a slip space jump.

"MAINE'S ON THERE!" I jump and sprint over to the nearest window, pressing against it and banging on the window. "No, no, no, no!" I then weakly rest my forehead against the glass. "What....what does that mean?" I mutter under my breath, even though I know for a fact what it means. Maine and Sigma are gone.
