The Outcasts ((Accepting))

"You sure you want to let her keep sleeping?" Daniella asked, grinning. He looked so funny. Head bent to the side, puppy nestled into his neck.

Syth sighed slightly as he reached up and picked Aery up. She blinked tiredly and yawned widely as he put her in his lap. She snuggled up to his stomach and closed her eyes again. Syth tilted his head the opposite way until he heard it crack, then straightened up again.

"Better?" Daniella asked, still grinning.

"A little bit," Syth mumbled as he gently pet Aery.

"Good." Daniella said. She surveyed all the stuff. Then she hopped of the couch and picked up the food and water bowls. "Where should these go?" She asked him.

"I can put them in the kitchen or my room," Syth mumbled with a small shrug as he watched her.

" 'Kay." Daniella said and went into the kitchen. She filled the water bowl with tap water and put it down by a wall. She put the food bowl next to it and went back to where Syth and Aery were. She attempted to drag the heavy bag of puppy chow into the kitchen.

Syth chuckled slightly when Daniella tried dragging the food into the kitchen, and he stood up, gently placing Aery where he was sitting and went over to Daniella. He picked up the back of food and slung it over his shoulder, bringing it into the kitchen before he came back.

Daniella followed him. He was strong. That bag was heavy. And he just lifted it up and slung it over his shouler like it weighed about three pounds. She scooped some food out of the bag and into the food bowl. "There." She said, announcing she was done with that.

Syth chuckled a little bit as he went back to Aery and gently picked her up again. She stirred as he sat down, then cuddled up to him and went back to sleep.
