"Sure," Daniella said, getting off of his bed.

Syth nodded a little as he turned and began back down the hall.

Daniella paused to smooth her shirt before following Syth. "Does it ever get weird? Having such a big house with just you living here?"

Syth was silent for a moment, then nodded slightly. "Yes, it can get very weird for me. There's nothing I can do about it, and I enjoy my home, so I deal with it,"

"You could get a dog or something," Daniella suggested as she looked aroud at the house.

Syth paused and tilted his head slightly at the suggestion. A dog? He'd never even thought of that. He raised his hands slightly, around waist level, and made a book about types of dogs appear, then began walking again. "A dog is a great idea," he mumbled as he flipped through the book.

Daniella smiled. "You're welcome," She said smugly.

"Thank you," Syth chuckled, then paused in the book as he walked down the stairs. "Hmm..."

Daniella looked over his shoulder. She had to stand on her tiptoes, he was taller than her. "I like that one," She said, pointing at a cute picture of a corgi. "And that one," Her finger moved to a beagle.

Syth glanced at her hovering over his shoulder and chuckled slightly as he handed her the book. "Choose one. Just no ankle biters, I don't want to step on it," he murmured.
