"Uh... Sorry." Ella apologized awkwardly. "So uh... You new around here?" She asked, changing the subject.

"No, it's fine. And I got here a week ago." I said.

"Cool." She replied, trying to ac casual like a few seconds ago never happened. She saw everyone was staring, and a light blush appeared on her face. "Um, can we sit down. All of these peoples' stares are starting to give me the creeps." Ella asked.

"What do you mean? You don't seem to have anything wrong with you. Why would they be staring?" Whatever the reason, Ella just wished they'd stop. She didn't like being the center of attention, and these people certainly weren't helping her overcome the fear.

Ella let out a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness, they stopped." They sat down at a nearby table, and Ella put her elbows on the table, holding her face with her hands in boredom.
