"Of course I don't want to miss training. I'm aware Cass's is a great cook. I go there everyday for the food and just to hang out." I say. "Oh I'm Brittany by the way." I add. This guy seemed nice enough.

Cole

I nodded. "Whatever. Cole." I turned and walked towards the outdoor training area, it was nice out after all. I didn't want to get too friendly towards people I didn't know, I'd done that before and it hasn't turned out well.

Brittany

Wow so much for the nice guy. I shrug and follow Cole. I was going to keep trying to talk to Cole even if he acted like having friends was a bad thing. "I hope we do okay with the training." I say at an attempt to start another conversation. Deep down I was sure Cole was a nice guy. It might just take time to get through to him. "If you want some food later I've still got a lot of Cass's food left." I knew training was bound to make us all really hungry.

Cole
Surprised, I looked over my shoulder at Brittany. "Well... I guess training is bound to make us hungry." I didn't know why she was being friendly, I had a reputation for being a jerk. "But I think I'll do ok with training. So long as it doesn't involve swimming." I bit my tongue, not wanting to give away too much.

Brittany

"You hate swimming? Don't worry I won't tell anyone. I hate pretty much every sport involving balls." I say in a low voice so nobody else hears us. "I also hate being late to class." I add. Everyone has fears. Nobody is perfect. "I'm sure you'll be okay"

Cole

I hesitate. "It's not that I hate it.. It's.. Well... Never mind." I picked up the pace. Sure, everyone had fears, but still. No one had to know. I quickly attempted to change the subject. "Kate to class? At my old school, I was always late. On purpose. The looks on the teachers' faces when I would come in twenty minutes late for no reason was awesome."

"So you never got in trouble for being so late to class?" I ask as I easily catch up to Cole, before I fall. Somehow I managed to sprain my ankle. "And I'm a klutz, but not all the time." I say as I try to get up. I brace myself ready to hear Cole yell at me.

Cole

I was surprised when she fell. "Are you ok?" I asked awkwardly. "But yeah, of course I got in trouble. That was the fun part." I grinned. "It was funny. Especially when the teachers got so mad I was suspended."

"I think I sprained my ankle." I say. I quickly change the subject suprised he cared if I was hurt. "So you like getting in trouble?" I say. Cole was a bad kid in his old school? Oddly enough I wish I had seen that.

"I was," I said, giving her my trademark vampire smile. I looked down. "Um... Wanna see Baymax about that foot?" I asked quietly and somewhat awkwardly. "You can't train with a hurt foot."
