Cywren barely turned, only to blush and turn away again. "Well, it has been a while since I've eaten..." she replied, sighing in slight discontent.

”Yeah, I get that”, Barry teased her with a smile, but then let out a deep sigh, ”I’m not too sure if we have anything left in the fridge. It’s currently our biggest problem here.”

”Sleeping didn’t help?”, Barry questioned and raised a brow, knowing that resting would’ve restored his thinking abilities. But what could’ve he known about psychics? ”You think food would do it? Ach, I don’t know if we’re able to help you with that…”

"Well why would you help me, huh?" Cywren almost spat, still horribly confused. Why was he trying to help her? Even the kid hated her, so why was this guy so different?

Artemis listened to their conversation, she didn't really say anything; until Barry mentioned the lack of food stalked in the fridge. "... But I bought some food yesterday, is it gone already?" She asked.

Barry was about to give some really corny answer to the illusionist’s question – something about his super friends, most likely – but hearing the another question, his face nearly turned red of embarrassment. Maybe he should sometimes consider what he let out of his mouth. ”U-um”, he held in a muffled laughter and cleared his throat before he turned his attention to Artemis, ”I… guess it… kind of disappeared.”

Artemis tilted her head and raised a brow. "Uh huh." She said rather suspiciously. "... And just where did it go?" She added.

Cywren simply frowned, turning away from both of them. The illusionist simply wanted her answers, although was starting to grow annoyed with them. There was only so much she would take, but at the moment it wasn't like she had the energy to actually leave. "Well how would I know?" she folded her arms.
