Personality: Cecil is a very genial person but he has something of a dual personality. He can be serious and cheerful by turns, switching between extreme tones at the drop of a hat. Cecil occasionally gets in trouble for describing things which are indescribable or discussing things that are not supposed to be discussed, and he openly worries that he will get in trouble with the authorities. Despite this, he remains enthusiastic about nearly all upcoming events, even those involving death and destruction. There are times when Cecil's cognitive dissonance becomes obvious. In a set of cassette tapes he made as a teenager, we hear fifteen-year-old Cecil already struggling to rationalize his family's strange behavior towards him, and that struggle continues in his adulthood. His broadcasts sometimes evoke the disconcerting sense that Cecil's personal thoughts differ from the words he's actually speaking, even if Cecil himself tries to repress it. It's implied that he's become very good at ignoring the discrepancies in his own memories. He even destroys his adolescent cassette recordings because he can't remember or accept what they reveal about his life.
Backstory: Cecil Palmer has lived in the small desert town of Night Vale. He can't remember much of his childhood. The loss of his memories isn't very jarring to him at all. He became one of the few interns to survive at the Night Vale radio station earning him the position as it's host. That has now been his job for several years up to this point reporting on the happenings of the strange town of Night Vale.
Powers: Partial omniscience. Is selective into what he needs to know and to the range of a very small town.
Other: His only source of defense is a small cat named Khoshekh that has poisoned spine ridges and is permanently stuck hovering four feet above the ground.

Takashi is a fairly upbeat boy, for being as strange and dark as he is. He is friendly, if his processing is a bit slow and awkward. He tries to be optimistic and hopeful in every situation, but when he sulks he's pretty cute. He tries his best to please others, but sometimes he now has to take some time to be alone, as the aspects occasionally overcome him for moments. He has certain powers, which are quite potent, but he doesn't use them often, as he finds little need to. Every now and again he will snap and start shouting/growling in a strange voice, or he will snap the other way and stand around silently, seemingly ignoring every word that is spoken to him.

history;
Takashi was a semi-normal boy for much of his life, being told that he had a chronic disease that caused spontaneous fluctuations in metabolism, blood pressure and heart rate, which caused most of his odd quirks and symptoms. It was not until he ascended to the rank of SHSL Actor and got accepted into Hope's Peak Academy, and then got involved in a killing game of sorts, that he discovered that he was truly a host for two omnipresent, demon-like fear aspects. Eventually, after much havoc was caused and Takashi spent a lot of time weak and decaying, he and his comrades escaped into the world and had to spend a lot of time hunting down Takashi's fear aspects in order to re-bind them to his body and, like, save the world. Which they did, strengthening Takashi and giving him cool fear powers. But he decided to continue pursuing his stage career rather than try to conquer everything because he realized that fear is not a force to be tampered with and the balance of the universe should not be disturbed.

Touko's legs shook and felt like jelly as she looked around frantically, feeling scared and uncomfortable. She wondered if Byakuya was here, but it would seem as if she was crazy if she went around asking if anyone had seen him. Not that it already couldn't happen. She looked disgusting, or so she thought, and felt as if she was a hideous, outstanding thing in this new...world of sorts. She decided to sit down against one of the walls, feeling faint, and curled up in fetal position. She wrapped her arms around her legs and set her chin on her knees, just waiting for something to happen. She hadn't headed to her room for that reason, the reason that she didn't know what was going on.

Mysterious, Nozomi thought. This reminded her of a dream. Was this real? She couldnt tell for sure. "I'll ask the cards." She was surprisingly calm as she removed the tarot cards her close friend had given her from her pocket. She drew a card, frowning. "Well, this must be real. The stars never lie." A familiar voice caused her to turn around.
"Nozomi-chan. What are you talking about! How did you even get into my dream? This isnt real." Nico pinched herself. "Oh, well it didnt work that time, but I know this is fake. Come here let me pinch you." The small third year adjusted her hair ribbons and brushed off her skirt. "Isn't it obvious how fake this is?"
"Nico. The cards have never lied. You are just a suborn non believer." The taller third year let the other catch up before walking to the building. As they entered the building they ran into a person who looked a tad bit like the screen headed person they had seen before. "Excuse us. Would you mind helping us out a little?"

Edward looked at her like she was crazy. "Those are not Countries." He said simply. "Unless you live in like... Imagination land." He waved his arms dramatically. "Amestris is a country. Xing, Drachma. Those are countries." He seemed a little confused with her. "And yeah, that was a crazy day. Needles freak me out too, so being even in the docors is ew."

Stein sighed, putting the cigarette back in his pocket. He scribbled something down in his notes again. The scientist sat silently at his notes for a little, reading over a few things. "Oh yeah." He rolled back over to Eddie, holding out his hand for the other to shake. "My names Stein."
