"What d'you mean it's not a pleasant view? 'Course it is," he insisted, watching as Cryotek walked over to the control panel. "I don't see why you need your mask. Don't get me wrong, your mask is nice n'all, but so's your face." he added, hoping that didn't sound too weird. He wasn't the best at wording his thoughts - another reason why he stayed in his workshop.

Cyclonus glanced around the bar, before looking back down at Tailgate. "Hm, maybe I got it from you," he replied, before taking another sip of his drink.

"Maybe, but I still apparently need you teach you how to be romantic. I've seen how many femmes simply look at you." He smiled but inside jealousy sparked.

Cyclonus raised an optic ridge, before looking away. "I have no interest in femmes," he stated simply.

He blinked before he looked up at him, "then what do you have interest in cyclonus?" He tilted his head adorably and kept his gaze on him, small servos clasped under his chin.

He heaved a quiet sigh and looked down at Tailgate. He could only imagine that the mini-bot would keep questioning him, so he decided that he wouldn't hide from his feelings anymore. Slowly and cautiously, Cylonus put an arm around the smaller mech. He didn't say a word, but his action probably spoke for itself.

"Sure am," he answered. Roadbuster pushed his visor up and stepped forwards to take a look at Cryotek's back. "Oh yeah, I can get that sorted easily," he smiled, after observing the area where the armour should have been and scanning it to get the right measurements. "How'd that happen?" he asked curiously as he walked off to find a suitable piece of metal, picking up a few tools off of the floor on the way.

Wing Swing

Wing Swing hummed to herself as she walked down...wherever she was. She had taken a recharge nap and sobered up enough to want to wander out of her home again. As always, she was in an overly cheery mood and didn't seem to mind she was completely lost.

Croytek nodded in thanks and sat on a little stool he had noticed earlier. At Roadbuster's inquiry, the icy-blue mech gave a prolonged awkward cough, seeming very embarassed as the whole story was playing in his mind. "I got into a fight, you see, and it didn't end really well." he expained, a sheepish expression on his features as he continuously fidgeted with his digits.

Lustre looked up as she walked down the hall, only to see that always-cheery sharkticon hybrid leisurely sauntering in the opposite direction. She didn't seem like she knew where she was going, Lustre noticed. "Hey, you!.." the femme called out to the other, pausing as if to remember her name. "Wing... Bling, right? Wing Zing? Wing Cling?"

Roadbuster picked up a suitable piece of metal and pushed some tools on the workbench out of the way. "Ah, I see," he nodded. He fell into silence once he started making the new armour, simply concentrating on his work. Once he was happy with it's appearance, he walked back over to Cryotek and got to work on fitting the new armour over the exposed cables. The Wrecker remained quiet, apart from when he was telling the other mech to sit up straighter or whether it felt comfortable or not. "How does that feel?" he asked once he was done, stepping back to admire his own work.

As soon as Roadbuster was done and asked how the new piece of armour felt, Cryotek leaned to the sides and back and forth, testing it. It didn't feel out of place thanks to Roadbuster's great workmanship. "It's just like the original." he commented, turning his helm to look at the other. "Even better, I'd say." he added with a smile. "How much the cost?"

He watched as Cryotek tested the new armour, and he had a very pleased smile on his faceplates when the other mech voiced his approval. The tall 'bot walked away for a moment to put his tools back in their places, before looking over his shoulder at Cryotek. "Nothing," he responded, turning around and leaning against the workbench.

Cryotek's optics widened in surprise, "Nothing..?" he repeated, his optic ridges furrowing in a frown, seemingly deep in thought. It was kind of Roadbuster to just do it for free, but Cryotek still felt like a simply detestable bot if he didn't repay him with something, albeit small. "Free drinks for the rest of your life? If, of course, you ever stop in Axiom Nexus again." he offered with a smile, absentmindedly touching the newly replaced part of his armour with his digits.

He nodded, picking up a small piece of scrap metal off of the workbench and running his digits over the sharp edges. "It's one of the perks of bein' my friend, I guess," he said with a small shrug, glancing down at the piece of metal. Roadbuster looked back over at Cryotek after hearing his offer. "Heh, I guess I'll have to come here more often then," he answered, grinning at the other mech.
