Loki ran his fingers along Jormun's scales in what he hoped might be a soothing gesture. After he'd helped the agents, he would try to help the serpent to heal, as well. He suddenly moved forward, reaching outward when he saw Harley stumble, though Carter had also done the same. The blonde agent placed a steadying hand on Harley's arm so that she wouldn't fall before Loki bent down slightly to wrap an arm around the back of her shoulders and the other around the back of her knees. He lifted her with ease and with a surprising amount of gentleness, only barely jostling her as he carefully adjusted his grip. He didn't waste time, taking brisk steps in the direction of Fury's office. Almost immediately, a thin shimmering of chartreuse light also spread outward from his finger tips and over Harley's skin, finding the more concerning of her injuries and working to stem the bleeding. It was simple magic that didn't require too much effort. Like applying pressure to a wound, but more superior in it's workings. When they reached a set of heavy looking doors separating one side of the long hall to another, Loki had to pause for Carter to unlock them with a swipe of his badge. The doors slid open without a sound and the god could see their destination in sight, Fury's office door was ajar, but there were agents posted on either side. They stiffened slightly as he approached with Harley, trying to assess the situation in order to respond accordingly, but Carter waved them away. Despite being an ally to SHIELD, as dubious as that alliance was, and technically helping the agents at this point, Loki felt incredibly out of place as he stepped into Fury's office. He wondered if he would ever feel like he truly belonged somewhere, or if his self destructive tendencies would forever whittle away at whatever weak foundations he managed to acquire for himself.

Carter had been silent as they walked. He had to put some effort into keeping up with Loki's long strides, his limbs still a bit stiff and his nerves flaring intermittently. The Jotun either hadn't noticed or didn't care to slow on his behalf, and to be perfectly honest, Carter wouldn't have wanted it any other way. The faster that they reached Fury's office, the better. He didn't want to be the one to slow them down. Once they reached the separating doors, Carter quickly scanned his badge and then led them through to Fury's office after waving away the two agents posted outside of it. They thankfully didn't give the three of them any trouble. Inside the director's office, several holographic screens had been materialized within the room. Some of them displayed images from around the city, places where HYDRA had apparently struck. Some of the images were from their own base's security system. In one, it displayed two agents lying dead outside of a doorway, having clearly been murdered by Fenrir. Carter recognized one of their faces. The other was lying face-down. The blonde pursed his lips together for a moment to stop himself from reacting, though a part of him couldn't help but to wonder if those lives would've been spared had they succeeded in overpowering Evelyn and Fenrir. Probably. But he couldn't dwell at the moment. Instead, he cleared his throat, bringing Fury's attention - which had previously been upon damage-control - to their presence within the room.

If Fury had assumed that things couldn't possibly get any worse than they already had, seeing Carter and Loki step into his office with a very injured Harley, sans Oliver, felt like a gigantic blow to the chest. He'd been so preoccupied with sending agents out into the city to try and protect civilians against the HYDRA teams that had struck several well populated areas of Manhattan. The pattern of attacks had seemed random at the time, though it was pretty clear now that the horror had likely been only a distraction. And it had worked. Fenrir had escaped and taken Sleipnir with him. That unfortunate event had been captured on their security cameras. Oliver had also apparently fled, which meant that any information on how such a wide scale attack had been orchestrated, where all of these HYDRA lackeys were now hiding, and any locations which Inhuman prisoners might be being kept had been lost to SHIELD, as well. This was a disaster. "Has a med team been called for her?" Fury asked first with a nod toward Harley. He couldn't tell exactly how bad her injuries were, but it didn't look good from where he was standing. Carter nodded and explained that a med team would hopefully be meeting them within the office very shortly. "What happened?" He asked next, sounding irritated, but his irritation was not aimed toward them. It was clear that Harley, at the very least, had given whatever fight she'd been involved in her all. How exactly one lone HYDRA agent had managed to escape two highly skilled agents and a literal god was beyond him, though. Even with Fenrir involved, Loki should've been able to handle his own son, and hadn't Evelyn gone to help, as well? Fury was not yet aware of that lovely little betrayal.

Oliver Doyle

Oliver smirked slightly. "I'm a perfectly normal human who, with a fresh gunshot wound and no team to back me up, managed to break into an enemy base, find out where SHIELD was keeping the majority of HYDRA's stolen assets, and nearly defeat a HYDRA-trained Inhuman on the way." He replied with a soft hum. "It took three Inhumans to actually subdue me. All things considered, I could have done far worse." He added, not even mildly offended by Armin's snide comment. Inhumans were living and breathing weapons of mass destruction. He wasn't embarrassed by his inability to fend off several of them single-handedly. Not when he had been severely wounded to begin with, anyway. When Fenrir rejoined them, Oliver narrowed his eyes slightly. "Good. Then lead the way." He drawled, eager to leave. He had no desire to be here any longer than necessary. He was already surprised that they'd not run into anymore agents.
