Loki deflected the young girl's telekinetic powers with his staff, though the force of it did cause him to slide back a bit. He could have sent her own strike back toward her, but he didn't. He wasn't going to fight a child who had barely even mastered her own abilities. "You would do best to keep your child out of this." He hissed at Skye, glaring at the Inhuman. His fight was not with Liz, or even her mother. They needn't be hurt, if only they would stay out of his way.

She stepped in front of her daughter, "Natasha didn't do anything to you, If I remember what I've seen you took control of her partner, you tried to turn him against S.H.I.E.L.D." Skye said taking another step forward. "Thor hurt you more then any of us did, hell Hulk hurt you more then any of us did" Skye said admonishingly

A small huff of humorless laughter escaped from Loki's mouth. "You clearly haven't known Miss Romanoff for very long." He commented in return. His brother and the Hulk had hurt him badly on several occasions, but Natasha took the metaphorical cake when it came to petty cruelty. There was a difference between hurting someone in battle in order to take them down, and hurting someone for the thrill of it while you already had them cornered. Something like that not only physically hurts you, but it degrades you, as well.

((Loki and Natasha don't really have a good history in this role play. They've hurt each other. A lot. And they hate each other's guts for it.))

White... Ok, so from his point of view everything was fine. That meant this was most likely not a simulator, more likely she was either dreaming or hallucinating. Ok, Skyler. Calm down, you're just hallucinating. You're in SHIELD, not Hydra.
Or was she? What if SHIELD had been the dream, not what was going on right now? What if she was still back at the Hyda base, wandering the hall and hallucinating her freedom?
And either way, how did the hallucinogen get into her system?
As she grew increasingly anxious, Skyler realized that the scientist (who may or may not be a hallucination) was also growing rather uncomfortable. In fact, he just asked if she was ok. "Hey, um, if you're real, I guess I should warn you that I think I'm probably hallucinating right now. So, don't freak out." She was actually surprised with how calmly she spoke, considering she was freaking out on the inside, warning sirens going off in her mind. At this rate, she was gonna have a panic attack.

Zack nodded in agreement to the man's comment about the intelligence of the common criminal. In his experience, it was true that thugs were typically not the brightest folks. However, there was always the rare case of some near genius romping the streets, and those were the people Zack had to be careful about.

Conversation once again turned to SHIELD, and Zack listened with interest. "Does SHIELD typically recruit local vigilantes?" He inquired, half joking, half serious.

Skye looked to the side, she'd been there, with Ward, but she knew that Sam, and even Clint would have an issue with Natasha's death if that happened. "How about an agreement on both sides to stay away, from you and Natasha, an honest one." Skye said between them. Looking at both of them, she had to put up with her torturer, if given the choice she'd stay away. But since he was now an Inhuman he deserved the same rights as the others, providing he remained away from Liz.

Natasha throw her throwing knifes immediately . She hissed as one of Loki's knives hit her in the right shoulder . Tasha dared not to pull it out . She continued to fight him.

"One of these days one of you is going to get killed, and your families will wonder what they could've done to stop this." Skye said to both of them before an arrow landed between Natasha and Loki.

Clint fired an arrow between Loki and Natasha, it was a warning shot to both to stop fighting, he knew the history between the two quite well.

"Well, not typically. I could put in a good word, though." Mark offered, feeling that people like this should be given more opportunities to join SHIELD. After all, what made this kid any less than what he himself had been when he first joined the secret organization? Okay, so he had gone through rigorous training at the academy, but that was beside the point. If Zack was capable of making this little ally way into his own personal headquarters, complete with working laser traps and the like, then Mark presumed that there was even more potential to be worked with. "It's up to you. I mean, it's not like you're doing a bad job out here. Some more experience can't hurt ya', though."

Skyler was acting quite strange, and Fitz was growing rather concerned. It was obvious that something was very, very wrong, though he admittedly wouldn't have guessed that Skyer was suffering from a dose of hallucinogen until she told him that she was currently experiencing the symptoms. SHIELD would not inject drugs into her system without her knowledge, though, or without supervising her activity afterward for side effects such as this. His eyebrows creased slightly as he remembered how suffering from cerebral hypoxia caused him to see things, or people, who weren't really there. Thankfully, he had managed to overcome that ordeal long ago, or at least that portion of it, but the memory of just how bad off he was in his early days after the incident was still fresh within his mind. Perhaps this was a similar situation, though he really couldn't know for sure without a certain amount of testing, and he wasn't about to ask Skyler to be subject to that. Instead he motioned for her to follow him into the lab. "Here. You should probably sit down for a bit." He said as he went inside and pulled a chair out from under one of their desks for her. "I'm very real, by the way, and she's real, too." Fitz added while pointing to Bobbi. "If you see anyone else in here, they aren't real."

At first, it appeared as if Loki might consider Skye's proposal of a truce. It was, indeed, a tempting offer. Though he was a resilient being, he had still been wounded by the gunshots fired at his back, and he was eager to be finished with this fight so that he might be able to focus all of his energy on healing. As well as that, he was quite tired of being hunted by SHIELD, and he was sure that they were growing tired of chasing him. If the organization, including the Widow, swore to leave him alone, then perhaps... He suddenly caught one of the throwing knifes which Romanoff had thrown at him. The second managed to graze his neck as he side-stepped it. The trickster's eyes darkened once more and he sent a blast from his scepter's gem toward her before lunging forward to lash out at her with the blade. No, there would be no truce. They were quite beyond any hope of that. When an arrow landed between them, Loki didn't even hesitate. Viewing Clint as nothing more than another threat, he sent a dagger flying toward the archer's throat.

Carter felt relieved to hear that the four of them were on the same page. He definitely felt that finding the source of whatever was causing these hallucinations would be the best first-step in figuring out how to put an end to it. Between himself, Lewis, Harley, and Beth, he was sure that they'd be able to find it, and with how brilliant SHIELD's doctors and scientists were, Carter was also fairly certain that a cure could be found in no time. The blonde briefly pressed his eyelids together as the throbbing within his head began to increase. The sooner that they figure this out, the better.

Clint swung his bow knocking the knife aside, "Break it up, the base doesn't need to feel the brunt of your attacks," The Archer said to the Norse God. He waved a hand that meant stay put towards the area where Liz had been hiding before, "Nat please stand down, Sammy doesn't need to loose anyone else, and he really likes you". He said to his partner, pulling an arrow back on his bow, he would act in self defense, defense of his partner or defense of his son.

Natasha glared and shook her head. She spat," He's not getting out of here alive, so help me I'll never give in you know this, Clint of all people ." She adds," Besides he hurt Lizzy, the children need protection from this monster." Tasha winced as the pain gotten worse as she turned to face the wayward soul. As soon as she turned the magix hit hurt and sent her flying and that made the knife wedge in deeper. She threw her favorite knife at Loki and prayed it hit him.
