The World..
...has been taken over by a man named Zee. King Zee, he calls himself. For thirty years he has ruled, turning this advanced civilization to ruins. Forests have started to overgrow what used to be large cities. Most of the remaining people are enslaved on reservations, creating clothes or growing food, ect. They and their children are destined to live like this forever, only getting a small amount of food and water each day. It is obvious that the human race will not survive much longer if they continue to be under Zee's rule.
But there is a small group of people...ones who have managed to escape. They are called 'Izoku', which means 'survivors'. They have managed to create a small civilization in the Canary Forest, which is a large forest pretty much covering the entire surface of what used to be Florida. King Zee only vaguely knows of these rebels, but most of the people slaves know of them. They sing their children songs of one day being saved.
King Zee offers rewards for information on the Izoku, and frequently tortures those who speak of them. Slowly the King is growing more aware of how large this threat is.
But the Izoku are hard to find. They are survivors, as their name tells. They have created several classes that a child can grow up to be, all of which contribute to either feeding and protecting the Izoku or the plan of overthrowing Zee.
You, my new friend, are either a Izoku or wish to be one...
Classes
Slave - A person under the rule of King Zee, who is forced to do labor(creating clothes, fishing, growing plants, ect) with very little pay, food, and water. In time you have the possibility to be rescued by the Izoku, but it is a hard process, for Zee guards his slave camps thoroughly.
Commander - A person in King Zee's army, who can do several things. They may guard slaves, send messages, or go on raids to hunt Izoku. They are under the command of the king.
N'kar - A member of the Izoku- an animal tamer, basically. They tame wild animals and usually have a close relation to nature. Typically, N'kar use the animals they tame to rescue slaves by overcoming the Slave Camp Guards.
Itu - Members of the Izoku. They are healers of both people and animals, sometimes even plants. They usually have a wide expanse of knowledge about herbs and injuries. Considering the Izoku are wild people and do not have any real medicines, all medical treatment must come from the plants of the forest.
Izan - Izan are members of the Izoku who are guards. Whether it be guarding villages or guarding raids to free slaves, Izan are there. They are trained to use many weapons and do not take command from anyone except the Leader of the Izoku or whoever they are stationed to guard.
Ketti - The hunters and gatherers of the Izoku. They can either be strictly gatherers, strictly hunters, or both. They gather fruits, vegetables, sometimes even herbs, firewood, and hunt animals like deer, rabbit, fish, fowl, ect.
Wica - The scouts/spies for Izoku. They only report to the Leader of the Izoku. They spy on King Zee or his commanders, or traitors of the Izoku.

There are very few normal humans in the world anymore. About a hundred years ago, scientists found a way to 'genetically engineer humans into super-beings.' Of course, it didn't really work. It turned most people into...different things. Some people have tails, or stripes, purple skin or wings...some are blood drinkers, some have super strength, or strange powers. Here is how the races are divided:
Note: These experiments took place a century ago. You will have been born the way you are, not altered yourself.
Human - A person who's ancestors' genes were not altered by scientists.
Vampire - A person who must have blood to live, though can eat normal food. They have two sharp fangs and are usually better-looking to normal humans, which is to lure in prey. They are creatures of the night, but the light has no effect on them besides to make them tired. They are 2 times stronger and faster than normal humans.
Were-Creature - A person who turns into a certain animal every night. They don't have a choice- once the moonlight touches them, they change. The only thing that will keep them from changing is if the moonlight is not touching them(aka, hide inside with the windows closed).
Shapeshifter - Very similar to a were-creature, but a shapeshifter can turn into one-three animals and can change whenever they want to. They typically have personalities similar to the animal(s) they change into.
Neko - A person who has an animal tail, ears, or even paws. Usually, the animal is a cat, and the person has very catlike qualities. Rarely, the person has wings like a bird.
Ike - Ike are varying creatures. They seem to relate to reptiles, usually having strange-colored skin, sometimes even a tail(dragonlike) or wings(dragonlike). They may have a beak, claws, or sharp teeth.
Juin - A human, but a human with a strange power.
Other races are welcome! Just let me know beforehand so I can approve it.
Extra Information
* Class is not determined by race. You can be a vampire slave or a neko Izan.
* You can be a mix of two different races, but you will not acquire ALL of both race's abilities- say your mom is an Ike and your father is a shapeshifter. You may have weird skin as and be able to turn into an animal. But your dad changed into three things...you might only be able to change into one instead. But to make it simpler, I prefer if you not be a mixed breed!
* The Izoku live in villages high up in the trees. They have elevator-like things to get down on the ground, where they can hunt and gather things. They don't exactly have farms, more they gather wild fruits and vegetables. The roleplay will take place in a village called "Kile Village". Zee's slaves will play on slave farms, none of which are closer than several miles away.
* At around ten, a child will start being trained by someone- a family member or neighbor, or whoever- to be whatever class they intend to be. At sixteen, a person is granted some adult privileges. They fully start doing whatever their class job is to do. (Example: An itu will start working as a healer) At eighteen, they are adults.
Rules
* No Cussing.
* For every two girls you make, you must make one boy, and the other way around. (Note: In order to try to even out the boy/girl ratio, I'm temporarily changing this rule to "For every girl you make, you must make one boy.")
* If things get to...romantic, and your characters are going to do you-know-what, please put something like 'Fades to black' or whatever.
* No godmoding.
* If you are a mixed breed, you can only have abilities of two different races.
* Slaves cannot escape by themselves. The Leader of the Izoku usually arranges raids to rescue some.
* Children under sixteen are learning to be whatever class they are going to be when they are an adult- when they turn sixteen, they start doing whatever it is their class does like an adult.
* You need to type at least two full sentences with correct spelling and punctuation per post.
