Jake grinned. "You too!" Her face started to go red and she turned away. "Um, anyways, thanks?" Jake took a few steps back, putting her hands behind her back and twisting them into a knot of sorts. "Well anyways, no offense but this place is kind of... fake. Sorry, that was rude." Jake awkwardly looked away and shuffled her feet together. "Just forget I said anything."

"It does look quite fake." Lazarus chimed in, quite unhelpfully, from where he stood. He was back to observing the various knick-knacks, his bright gaze not even on the two. It was a habit of his, to conveniently 'overhear' most conversations. But hey, the dude couldn't help it; he was bored.

I looked around. I picked up a piece of glass that had fallen from a snow globe. "Hmm... Not exactly safe. Glad I wasn't barefoot!" I laughed at my own little joke. I saw someone by the register. "Um, where are your restrooms?" I asked the person.

"Oh, yeah, you're definitely correct on that." Dipper shrugged, "I don't see how this place is still in business, to be honest. It derives income from tourists who don't know better..." He paused, staring at the large statue of a familiar creature that rested across the room. "I like the paranormal and all... But the Sascrotch takes it a bit far..." He paused upon seeing some girl asking for the restroom. He pointed to a set of doors across the room. "Over there."

Lois smiled once again, saying, "Hey, that's how my brother always saw it. The only problem is that my house is on the other end of the woods, so we're gonna have to bike across town. Is that cool with you?" She glanced to the contraption, which was a bit intimidating if for nothing else the height.

Elena was one fore adventure, but for whatever reason, she had never been thrilled to go to the Mystery Shack. Yet for whatever reason, her mother had made her go to get a souvenir. It was her Grandma's birthday yesterday, but Elena was quite she her grandmother had had enough of the Mystery Shack snow globes her mother always made her get. Elena adjusted the leather satchel as she pushed open the door, a bell tinkling above her. To her surprise there were a couple of other kids that seemed to be her age, yet she had never seen them. She blinked a few times before scanning the shop for the hideous snow globes. Elena would much rather be in the woods than running errands for her mother who was so paranoid to even take one step out of the door. As she approached the dusty shelf the phone in her jean pocket buzzed. It was her mother. Speak of the devil. Elena ignored it and took a dusty snow globe in her hand, examining it for a couple moments.
