Cole kept crying, rolling on his back. "Why're you so mean?" he bawled, looking up at Charlotte.

Charlotte glanced at him."Why do you act like a toddler or at least a spoiled child?"

"I dunno." Cole huffed, wiping his eyes. "You answer my question first." he muttered, sniffing.

Charlotte shrugged."Mm...considering i don't know who i am from the age of six? Because i have no one else besides myself? because theres a war? Many factors could be it or just one."

"Why'd you have to take it out on me?" Cole said, starting to cry once more. His bawling was becoming louder, as he was hoping to attract someone to come and save him.

Charlotte grumbled at that and plopped onto her back."Nobodys going to save you, It's a war ridden land, your lucky to not be someones fishy dinner."

"If you're not gonna help me and no one else is then... Then..." Cole trailed off, then curled up into a ball and went silent.

Charlotte shrugged."Then you can stay here at this pond or travel around with me or try and hopelessly travel around and find your own pond."

Cole didn't speak. He had given up trying to reason with this idiotic gijinka. His plan currently consisted of giving up and staying in this position for the rest of eternity.
