PLOT
Midnight City.
Many know of the place, though it is remote and quite literally the only real city inhabiting the planet Alternia. Built from the ground up by Scurrilous Straggler and his motley crew using old Alternian technology, it towers and shines with skyscrapers and other buildings and street lights. It bustles with life, everywhere you look, and, overall, it's fascinating.
It's where exiles come after months, years, perhaps even a century or two aimlessly wandering the desert. It's like a heaven to them. Drinks, food, shelter, jobs- it's all provided without question. Police provide a feeling of protection. Families have been made, and a social class has developed right along with the city.
As heavenly as it may seem, though, it does have its cons... the Mayor is only for show. The town is run by a notorious gang called the Midnight Crew, and many other small gangs dot the area. On the outskirts is a huge green manor that harbors the Felt, a bunch of time-travelling leprechauns usually looking to cause trouble.
This RP focuses on the lives of the citizens of Midnight City- not just the gangs, but the others, as well. Fanapaces are welcome!

2. Respect other players and mods.
3. Don't be rude to others. If someone is having trouble be civil and help them, and take arguments to PMs.
4. Keep cussing to an absolute minimum.
