Caliborn slowly drags his face from the dirt as he rouses from slumber. Once in a sitting position, he takes the necessary time to locate Lil Cal, growling angrily about a boy in blue pajamas as he does so. Of course, the next order of business was standing. Normally a very unexceptional process, however it was at this point that he noticed the paper taped to Lil Cal's face. "WHAT THE HECK IS THIS" Caliborn remarks loudly, eyebrows furrowed. He proceeded to walk in a random direction as he read, note still attached firmly to the Juju's face. This inattention resulted in Caliborn stubbing his (non robotic) foot on a tree. The cherub hissed in rage and, in a slew of fury, kicked the foreign object as hard as he could with the same leg. This achieved nothing aside from a slurry of shrieked curses and a few broken toes, forcing Caliborn to sit back down and reassess his new found nemesis.

Gabriel opened an eye before sitting up, glancing over at Lucille, then at Charmeine--wait, she wasn't there. The archangel rose to his feet, heading to the demon, "The kid's gone." He stated, gesturing to the trunk of the tree where she should be.

Lucille's mind was still half asleep, being dragged out of its blank state as she heard Gabriel moving around. But her eyes fluttered, flying open at those words, immediately moving over to where she should be. She sat up, mind flickering over everything that could have happened, before it struck her. She made a rare noise something between a whine and a growl of utter frustration, resisting the urge to throw something until it was never seen again. "She must've heard us." She whispered, just loud enough for Gabriel to here. "She's not the type of kid who would just walk away." She said, gritting her teeth as she clenched her hands into fists, before relaxing them in defeat, closing her eyes and slumping down in defeat. Her eyes opened a crack as she glanced up at Gabriel. "Can you make sure she's alright?" She requested quietly, which as she though about it, was probably one of the, if not the first thing she has actually asked him to do. "She won't be afraid of you, at least."

Lucille sighed at Gabriel, giving up a dubious look. "Because she likes you." She replied simply, not bothering to get up, simply moving to wrap her fingers around the necklace she wore holding it up. It gave them an emotional link, so she could tell who she liked and who she didn't.
