[Phoenix's Rebirth]

Rosi was plopped on the ground in her lion cub form, nibbling eagerly on the kill, when she heard something coming. It wasn't hunters. The next thing she realized, a big black shadowy thing came out of nowhere and turned into a human. From behind it, her friends were coming back!

Rosi giggled in delight to see them. "Yeah, we're okay! Look! We have food! Come and eat!"

Derex groaned as the hours went by, sleeping soundly on the sofa even as Kaiya came into the room. After a few hours of clearing his head, and with the added effect of the pain medication, he'd dozed off rather quickly.

She layed back on her bed and sighed.

Kaiya peeked into the room after changing clothes, she peeked ito the living room and giggled, Derex looked out cold. She tied her hair int o a pony tail then got ready to make breakfast. If felt interesting to have a boy 'living' on her couch. "I'm also gonna have to get those bandages replaced, since there not the cleanest since he got hurt the night before." she thought.

Haru smiled then shook his head, "I can hunt on my own, you've got to be stronge when it comes to humans. But I'll stay here if you want, Rosi."

[Thunderga]

Zaliv had gone back to his apartment and spent the remainder of the night resting. By tomarrow night he would be pretty much fully healed.

Ryeka continued eating. She ate quickly and was almost full at this point. There was still plenty left. Looking off she could tell it would be morning soon.

I sighed as I had become bored yet again. I looked up peeking through the leafs that covered my view of the sky. I smiled lightly and jumped up grabing onto the branch of the tree hanging over me. I pulled myself up and began my climb to the top of the tree, I love climbing though the cat part of me may like it better then the human part of me. Once I reached the top of the tree I could see far and wide, considering the tree was pretty tall. I closed my eyes and smiled as a light breeze brushed against my face pushing my snow white hair and swaying it in the wind.

Dawn smiled at Rosi's cheery voice. "Thanks sweety but like Haru said to, I think I'm just going to go for a hunt on my own as well. Unless you want to hunt with me?..." she left the question hanging in the air for Haru.

[Phoenix's Rebirth]

Rosi swallowed another piece of meat and then proceeded to lick the blood from her furry face and from her paws. When she'd finished, she shifted to her human form. Her bright eyes fell on Haru, Dawn. "But there's still some left, and I was told wasting food was mean. Shouldn't we eat this first before going out for more?" Rosi grinned as her gaze then moved to the strange boy behind them, who'd come out of the shadowy thing. "What about you? Do you want to eat?"

Derex slept for about another half hour. When he finally did wake up, he shielded his eyes from the immense amount of sunlight pouring through the window. He carefully managed to sit up and stretch, straining his injuries a little. The cuts in his arm still burned a little, and the wound in his side still hurt whenever he moved. After two doses of pain medicine, the pain wasn't as severe, but it was enough to irritate him. It was the price Derex paid for not being more attentive during battle, and he could not wait to recover, find that beast, Zaliv, and give him what he deserved.

[Wolf'sflame]

Haru smiled, "Alright then!" Then he looked at Rama, the dragon of the shadows. Rama looked at them, "Nah, besides, I've got a tracker stuck in my neck, not smart to hang around me. Darn hunter did it!"

Kaiya yawned again then looked at her weapon, picking it up, she sighed, "Why ddin't she throw it?" She sighed then sneezed, her punishment from getting into the water during the night.

She curled up on her blanket. "Dad, what did I ever do to you?" She whispered, a tear falling down her cheek. Then, she fell asleep under the warmth of her heavy blanket.

[Phoenix's Rebirth]

Rosi was disappointed, but she didn't mind all that much. "Okay then, have fun!" Actually, she was beginning to get sleepy. Normally she'd sleep during the day and play in the dark. She yawned and shook her head, but didn't want anyone to notice.

Derex sat there for a few moments, allowing the pain to pass. Then his stomach started to growl. He remembered he hadn't eaten in two days. And being injured and hungry would weaken his body, so he needed to eat and recover so he could return to the world of hunting. Derex knew it was his purpose, if he indeed had one. It was where he belonged; not here in some girl's apartment!

"Hey, Kaiya. Do something useful and get me some breakfast." Derex hated asking for anyone's care or help. Being practically unable to move made him irritable and bitter.
