Hunters and Hunted~hybrid/ human rp~

Dawn pricked up her ears at their comment about hunting. Her stomach growled just at the thought of it and she emerged from the shadows, and as soon as the light hit her ears the silver-ish spots on them glinted brightly. "Umm.. Do you mind if I come hunting with you?" she asked, a hopeful look in her eyes.

Derex didn't get it. Kaiya just said she was going hunting, and then suddenly changed her mind. "You're new to this hunting thing, aren't you? If your decision making skills are lax, you'll never last long."

Rosi skipped around in front of the girl, smiling up at her. Her blond pigtails flapped around her head as she jumped back and forth. "Where are you going? Can I come?" She'd been alone for so long, she wanted someone to be her friend.

"I know..." Kaiya put the clothes back, "I guess I don't want to leave you here all alone..."

[Phoenix's Rebirth]

Rosi jumped at first when she heard someone behind them, but was relieved when it turned out to be another girl like them, and not a human. Being the bubbly little child she was, Rosi ran over to this new girl and hugged her. "Yay! We are not alone. We have a friend!" Then she leaped back to her original spot, moonlight making her blond hair and bright eyes glow. The girl asked if she could go hunting with them. Rosi didn't remember hearing this word before. She glanced up at Ryeka. "What does 'hunting' mean? Do we get food?"

There she goes again, seemingly caring for Derex's well-being. Whatever. "You can do what you want." He was leaning against the back of the couch, staring up at the ceiling, his hand against his side. The pain was gradually beginning to return. "It's not like I can do anything. I still can barely move." His wounds felt like they were burning. It would get worse as time passed. "Just go! I don't care!"

Dawn laughed lightly at the little girl's hyperness. She remembered her sister who was like that and it made her smiled at the thought. When she heard the girl's question she decided she might as well answer. "Yes that's when you get food." she said softly, and she tossed her hair, making her ears flash again.

Kaiya looked at him, "But you're...you're wounds... they aren't still hurting, are they?"

Haru looked around from the skies, "This is odd.... There are barely any hunters, and those Hunter's kids.... Kaiya and that guy.. they aren't here at all." He smiled, "Looks like the Beastmen will be able to have some fun."

Zaliv walked the quieter streets of the outskirts of the city.

"Yeah you get food but finding it and getting it in the first place is the hard part." Ryeka said. "And you can come along if you want" she said to Dawn. She sighed quietly, hunting with someone who had no experence at it.. well at least by working in a group they should be able to fell something larger then she could on her own. "We better get going, have to be there and back by daylight." she said and started walking twords the forest.

Mia was back in her human form walking along an empty street having just come back from the forest, she had just managed to feast upon a few fat mice. In her phoenix form she didn't mind, it was her way of surviving these days were there seemed to be a hunter in every direction.

It was then Mia saw the boy from last night, she couldn't remember if he said thank you at all, he probably didn't if she couldn't remember. Mia kept walking, she wasn't going to turn and walk away of because of him, being who she was she had a reputation to hold.

Dawn smirked. "Great." she said and then shot ahead of both of them into the woods. She had not hunted in days and it was getting to her in a way she did not like at all. She snarled as she leaped into the woods and tripped over a root but she shot back up and perched by a tree, waiting.

Haru noticed the Pheonix girl and flew down to greet her, "Hello. Your looking better than you were last night."

Mia blinked. She remembered walking away from the other beastmen and later, well... collapsed. Was this the one who was friends with the hunter? "Uh, thanks, it was nothing anyway."
