A p p e a r a n c e ➺ She's small. Not just short--she is still very short, barely even four foot eight--but small in general, too. She's usually described as wispy or, if you ask the more brash people, twig-like. Some of the more sadistic people see her as breakable, easily snapped to pieces. If you were to put her in a fight, she can do a lot of damage as long as she doesn't take a lot of hits. She's fast, skilled, and she can dish it out, but her fragile build makes it hard for her to take a hit. It gets even worse when someone removes her prosthetic legs. She lost both her legs when they were blasted off in a violent battle against a really sadistic villain.
P e r s o n a l i t y ➺ She's got powers that have a bad reputation, but she is not a villain. An antihero, more like. She's not fully heroic, as she is motivated by a powerful thirst for revenge and she wouldn't mind killing if it meant getting revenge. She might have been a villain if she weren't on the hero's side, as she is unscrupulous and dangerously pragmatic. Unfortunately, as she is judge, jury, and executioner, sometimes her victim did nothing to receive such treatment and she'll only realize it when it's too late. On the other hand, when she has nothing against someone, she can be sweet and generous to the point of self-sacrifice and she does actively fight for heroic ideals, as she honestly cares for other's well being as long as she thinks they deserve it.

She is ill, and her illnesses affect her life deeply. She suffers from epilepsy, psychosis, and mood disorders. As I am not a psychiatrist myself, I won't specify what type of illnesses. She's okay with receiving help, as she knows she can't deal with it alone. It was a very dark time for her last time that happened. She's been looking for support. She hopes she can live a happy and satisfying life--not normal; heroes aren't normal--in the future and maybe do something important for the world.

When he heard his phone go off he quickly pulled it out of his pocket. 'Yeah. And right now I have followed him in a phone repair store just across the street.' he sent the message and looked back over. Though he had done things like this more than once he still felt a bit nervous.

Arthur sat back down and watched the clock impatiently. He had to return to the HYDRA base soon for a mission and the store owner didn't seem to be coming any time soon. Arthur wasn't really a social person but to keep him entertained he decided to talk to the other teenager. "Hello" he said.

Cara checked her phone before shoving it back in her pocket and heading down the street taking a couple of turns, the crosswalk, and more streets at a brisk pace. She eventually made it to the phone store and stopped outside in order to catch her breath. She didn't want it to seem like she had been running, that was a dead giveaway. Mentally preparing herself for the confrontation, she pushed open the door to the shop and stepped inside.

He looked over quickly when Arthur unexpectedly confronted him. He hid his surprise and smiled slightly. "Hello," he replied through his Australian accent, "What brings you here today?" Andy looked at Arthur and couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. He really didn't seem to be such a bad guy. Why he had joined HYDRA he had no idea. Andrew looked over when he heard the door open and felt a small wave of relief flush through him when he saw it was Cara.

Arthur shrugged and took his phone out to show him. "Broken phone" he said simply. Arthur would often be called weird or strange by his HYDRA teammates mostly because he is a nice person in general. He watched as a girl entered the phone repair store, still not the phone repair store owner. He looked at the clock in front of the store and sighed. "Got to go" he said as he got up and put his phone in his pockets.

"Well, I probably should have guessed that since we are in a phone repair store," he replied with a small laugh. Andy noticed how frequently Arthur was checking the time and frowned a bit. Was he scheduled to do something? When the HYDRA member suddenly said he needed to go Andy panicked slightly. He couldn't just let him go. "Wait, wait, wait," he said, suddenly moving in front of the door so he couldn't get out. Andy quickly pulled out his SHIELD badge from his jean pocket and held it up, "Sorry Arthur but I'm going to need you to come in."

Arthur smiled at Andrews reply. When he got up to the door and Andrew blocked him and showed him his SHIELD badge Arthur frowned. He also had to go with him to SHIELD which Arthur didn't like the sound of. Since his powers were acting up on him he decided there was no other choice but to follow him. "Fine" he frowned as he thought of ways he could escape once he was in SHIELD's custody.
