Arthur Lincoln - Villain - Darkness Manipulation
One thing Arthur never told anybody was that he has ADHD (I did some research on this topic so I hope I play this well). So he had racing thoughts with no particular pattern. He finished his coffee and left the cafe looking around nervously. He had recently escaped a SHIELD facility and he didn't like it there. He mumbled something about going to do a Hydra mission as he left.

Benjamin looked around and checked the time. He had to return to the SHIELD base but he decided to stay a bit longer. Benjamin was a SHIELD agent of course, but he is kind of a rebel. He sat down on the bench and dozed off.

He sighed and leaned his head against the wall. He tapped his hands on his knees for entertainment before he heard a door open. He looked over and saw somebody exit the cafe. He didn't think much of the person before he suddenly realized it was a familiar face. It was the HYDRA member that had been spotted in the area. Arthur Lincoln if he remembered correctly. Holy crap,- he thought. He had not really planned on actually finding him. Even though he was panicking slightly on the inside he kept calm on the outside. Below his curly hair a earpiece was placed and he reached up, pressing a button so he could connect to anybody else who was wearing their earpiece. "Hey, guys. Yea, I found the HYDRA member and I'm gonna need a little help getting him in," he spoke quietly before removing his hand from the earpiece and slowly standing up. For now he would just try to follow Arthur and hope he didn't recognize him.

Cara's phone buzzed and she pulled it out of her pocket, Andrew's message showed up as a text, since her earpiece was off. Actually, it had gotten destroyed on the mission she just got back from, so it was in pieces on the ground in France. She made a mental note to get herself a new one when she had the chance. "I just got back from France. Let me drop my stuff at my apartment and I'll give you a hand." She said into her phone, it should go through to Andrew's earpiece, "Location?" She picked up her pace and headed towards her apartment building.

When he heard Cara he gave a small, relieved sigh. There had been cases when nobody had answered or had their communications open and let me tell you, those situations did not go well. When she asked for the location he glanced around for a moment before spotting a street sign. "Uh.. Greene Avenue next to a small cafe and moving East. I'll keep you posted," he replied quickly. The young agent quickly returned his gaze to the HYDRA member, trying to look as casual as he could.

Arthur walked across the street from the cafe and entered the phone repair store. It seemed empty so he decided he would wait until the store keeper came back. He sat on a chair and started playing on his phone impatiently.

"Gotcha. Be there in seven minutes." Cara replied. She arrived at her apartment fairly quickly and scanned her card for the front door before walking inside. She ran up the stairs, taking them two at a time before she made it to the third floor, where her apartment was. She walked down the hall, unlocked the door, and stepped inside. She there her bag on the couch and pulled out her bow and quiver, slinging them over her shoulder and heading out again.

He followed after Arthur but not long after he left the cafe, he had entered a phone repair store. How strange. He never really imagined HYDRA members doing such normal things. Andy stood outside the empty store but looked inside, keeping his gaze focused on Arthur. Maybe he should try and approach him while he could. While there was no other people in the store. He took in a deep breath and walked into the store calmly before directing himself so he was heading toward Arthur. Please don't recognize me, please don't recognize me,- he thought quickly. He just wanted to try to distract him until Cara arrived. But what could he say?

Arthur looked at a teenage boy - no older than 17 came in. He didn't look like an employee for the store since he didn't have the uniform so he ignored him and started walking around the store. Arthur was never really patient and he had to return to HYDRA headquarters soon so if the repair store owner didn't return in 10 minutes he would leave.

Cara bolted down the stairs and out of her apartment building, heading down the street towards where Andrew had said he was. She sent him a text, Are we bring him in?
