Aleakai smiled wider and gave a small chuckle. When their eyes locked his wide smile slowly melted into a calmer, smaller one and just before he was going to lean in, he broke the eye contact with a blush, surprised by himself that's he'd even think about kissing someone he met less than an hour ago. Wouldn't be the first time but now he was sober.

I nodded, face graphing sad. My father bringing me had resulted with his death anyways. I had no where to go.

"Perché dovrei non," Kye shrugged, "Some one forgot about my quest...I had to learn quick. Who else would you speak Italian to?" She sat down.

Clayton was a bit taken back and looked over his shoulder. Maybe he misread the action, but even still; Why was his heart beating so fast?

"S-sorry." He managed to stutter out. "Thanks for showing me where to get food..." Aleakai added after a moment, his cheeks still a deep red.

"Sorry? " So maybe Clayton was right..."Um, yeah. Sure, no problem." He stood up and stretched his legs. He licked his lips and put a finger on one of his snake bites.

Aleakai stayed silent for a few minutes, letting his blush clear out, before speaking again. "When'd you get your snake bites?" He asked as he subconsciously reached up and touched his own and his Septum piercing.

"Hmm? Oh a couple of months ago." Clayton brushed the hair out of his face. "I like your septum.." he mumbled

He wasked into the cabin and sat himself down on the nearest bed, leaning his elbows onto his thighs. "I don't even think dad knew Italian. My whole family came from Italy, so...we all knew it. We were taught. I'd talk to my mother and uncle in it," He shrugged as if it were nothing. "Before Italy my family came from Rome, specifically of course since Rome is in Italy, and I think Augustus, the roman emperor, was an ancestor of mine. Probably why Chiron watches me, thinks I'll go al roman crazy. None of my family were actually greek...except for me. Even then I spoke italian to my mother, uncle, and of course to myself."
