"Darkness, yes." She answered with a sly grin, flaring her midnight black wings in a showy way. "Quite the title, isn't it?" She waited expectantly for a reply, holding her pose. Angel took the moment to look Emma over, making various mental notes on her appearance and abilities and whatnot.

Peter blew hair out of his face angrily as Fin asked for Karkat to come back. As reluctant Karkat came back, Peter faced him and crossed his arms across his chest. "I won't be Mr. Bossy if you can try to keep your temper. Deal?" he asked huffing. Peter was willing to work with cooperating Fin, but Karkat was more like an annoying little brother. Only he would cuss. Peter uncurled a hand and offered it to Karkat to shake.

Elphaba really didn't think this was Oz. For one, it was an island, and two, no one tried to kill her here. Shaking her head she furrowed her brows and lowered her voice an octave. "I really don't think this is Oz. I think we're on an Island." Elphaba said, hoping Glinda wouldn't freak out about no hair products or electrical outlets. Elphaba gave a sympathetic look and patted her back. "Don't worry though, we'll get off this island. I promise."

Peter dropped the sarcastic remarks and nodded solemnly.
Distract the dino's? This was gonna be a challenge. He whispered to Quill. "On three.. One.. Two.. THREE!" Peter instantly ran past the dino's and grabbed the girl's hand to run with him. "Think you can keep up?" he asked the bewildered girl, but didn't hear the answer after he broke out in a pure sprint and made loud noises to attract the Dino's like the plan went. This better not be a trick Peter thought to himself as he was running. Or Quill is gonna be SHARKBAIT OHHAHA dead meat.
Peter was so fast, he had to slow down so the Dinosaurs wouldn't lose him. The girl kept up quiet nicely and a few meters away, he stopped. Soon they surrounded the two and out-of-breath Peter shout out into the air: "QUILL? WHAT DO WE DO NOW?'

Reed tried to suppress a gasp, but a small noise escaped. This man had the same name. Reed couldn't help but think how two men would meet in one place with the Same Exact Name. It chilled him to the bone, even though it was probably above 80 outside.
Reed blinked a couple of times and with a hoarse voice asked: "Umm.. Can you... Umm.. I know this is weird but.." he stopped and cleared his throat. "What state were you born in?" he asked with shaking hands. This was too weird. But hey! Maybe it was one big joke.

"Yes..." Emma said her hands starting to cover in soft snow and ice. "Do you know where we are?" Emma asked half her arm covered in ice now.

Karkat stared at his hand as if it was a monster for a while, before reluctantly grabbing it and shaking slowly. "Fine, whatever." He muttered, his hand quickly retreating.
He glanced from one human to the other, a grumpy look on his face. "Now, let's get this over with."

"An Island!" Glinda exclaims. How did they get there? What about her dress? Her hair wouldn't stay like this forever and her dress is already ruined. What are they going to do. She takes a breath calming down a bit.

"Uhh..." Angel paused to rethink her short experience of the island. "Honestly I have no idea where we are. But it should be fine. Well, maybe not for you, but I'll be okay. Anytime I get bored I can just poof back to wherever I want. But I don't suppose you can do that."

Juan then croaked "Coquí!" for a moment, as if he are agreeing with what Helga was saying. " Oh, gracias! Gracias!" Spain said, he was willing to hug Helga at the moment but didn't as he was unsure how the woman would react.

"That kind of sounds the beasties at my place, genetically mixed with other creatures." Deryn said to Milo. Hungary shook her head, "No , from a movie.... I forgot what it's called though." Hungary said with a sigh.
