He shook his head, to clear the murky memories. "Then we would be free to choose a new path for ourselves." He said, looking up and down the street. "But if we are simply copies of an original, we are expendable and likely to danger our original selves through our actions of just existing." The thought was tantalizing though. Was there a realm he had not tainted yet? Where he could be someone new?

His grin widened. A twinge of worry bit at him when Thune was no longer with them, but he pushed it aside. Whatever trouble she caused would likely be completely repairable and easily erased from a mortal's memory. "If we are simply copies, then we should be able to do what we please. I should like to scry to see if the cell I remember being imprisoned in is empty." He looked around, examining the garish signs for the green one known as 'Starbucks'. "I shall procure some living arrangement and identification so that we may move about less conspicuously." He said.
