Four girls are in a band by the name of Twisted Dreams. They perform their music, and enjoy doing what they do. They dream of making it big some day, and right now, they're at the bottom, really, with a small fan base - for now, they are just a little band posting music on YouTube, much like 5sos was when they were starting out. Well, that's all about to change when they get an amazing opportunity - to be the opening act for none other than 5 Seconds of Summer! This all seems well and good, right? What's the worst that could happen? Well, it's not as cut and dry as one would think, actually. The girls are sworn enemies with them, they always have been ever since a little incident that caused the two bands, once great friends after meeting via YouTube, to get in to quite the dispute that has never been properly resolved. But, seeing that this could lead to them following their dreams, they accept the boys' management's request. Now, they'll be touring the world with them over the next year or so...what will happen? Will they stay enemies? Will the girls end up having to leave in the middle of the tour due to tensions arising between the two bands? Or, will they end up becoming friends - and possibly even more - with one another?

Rules:

CS rules apply
This should be obvious, though. Please make sure you have reviewed all of these rules before joining this roleplay. If you haven't, you can find them here.

Characters
As of now, you may have 1 boy and 1 girl character in the bands, no more than that. You may have an additional character if you please, either gender is fine for these. This is subject to change based upon how quickly slots are filled and if I decide to add more character slots for other purposes. That being said, please fill in the boys' slots if you see that not many have. No Mary Sues or Gary Stus, either - no one is perfect, each and every character should have both flaws and strong points.

Use "Fades to Black" or "Timeskip."
I'd prefer if "things" didn't happen, but if they do, please use "fades to black" or "time skip." The same rule applies if things get too gory/violent.

Language
No cussing, even if it's starred out. Period. Things like crap, freaking, etc., are okay, however. But we all know that CS rules prohibit cursing, due to the fact that there are children on this site.

Respect all other players.
This should be self-explanatory, but basically, this means be nice, don't exclude anyone, and if someone needs a recap, please give them one - or at least say you just don't know. But don't ignore them. And please don't get into fights here (in ooc...drama can happen in the RP, though, of course - as long as it is ok with whomever you are roleplaying with and follows CS rules)!

No god-modding/powerplaying.
No one likes it when you control their characters, or don't give them a chance to react.

Romance and drama
Both of these are allowed and strongly encouraged, as long as it follows CS rules. If the event is something major with drama, make sure it's okay with those you are RPing with before you actually do it. However, it shouldn't be multiple 1x1's combined into a group RP. Yes, romance one of the main focuses of this RP, but interact with more than just the person your character may end up dating, please. c: Remember, the characters are in different bands (and I may add other slots later, such as crew members/stylists/etc. later on...I will have a poll pertaining to whether or not I end up actually doing this). Also, please stay with your allocated boy - it wouldn't be fair to sign up as Calum's girl and then have your character end up with Ashton, or as Michael's girl and then end up with Luke, for example.

Activity
Please be active if you join. So many of my RP's have died quickly due to a lack of participation of the members. So, that being said, please let me know if you will be absent for some reason - if you're inactive for a week without notice, you'll have to be kicked out so that someone else may join. However, if, for some reason, you couldn't let me know and were absent for a while, I will let you back in, given the spot isn't taken by someone else (if it is and you really want back in, PM me and I'll try to work something out).

Reservations/accepting
Please PM me reserves. All reservations will last 24 hours, unless you need more time for a good, legitimate reason. Don't start roleplaying until I've accepted you!

Literacy/grammar/etc.
This roleplay is semi-lit - in my terms, that means 5 sentences minimum per post, though even more lines than that are certainly always welcome here, if you wish. (: WB is understandable on occasion - we all get it sometimes. In addition, please use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling - it is understandable to make a mistake here and there, though (everyone has done it). A little bit of text talk is also allowed in ooc (as long as people can actually understand what you're saying...things like the occasional, "lol," or "omg"), or if your characters are texting someone - otherwise, please try to avoid it. Tlking lyke dis is hard to read.

Forms
Please use your own form, if you can. I'd like to see your creativity! Please make them descriptive (keep in mind, this is what will show me that you meet the requirements for literacy)! This means, no RP it outs (this includes "they don't like to talk about their history," "Meet (name here) and you'll find out," etc. All elements should be filled in with actual information). At least include the basics, what band(s) your character(s) is/are in, and which boy your character will be dating [if you have a female character(s)]. Please post a picture - no anime/drawings! Finally, please post forms on the form thread!
