((Sorry for the delay))
Yuriasu finished evaluating everyone, but one- “Mister Yomiyama, you are up next.” He motioned for him to stand up. “If you fail, there is nothing to fear. You may raise your classification within the course of this year- and the next if you will still be participating in advanced magic and summoning.”

Kankure looked out to the hall. “I know from personal experience that humans are not as squishy as they seem…” Squishy being a strange term for weak. Albeit, he wasn’t too familiar with the English language. The sigh he had been holding so long escaped from his lips. Sounding so forlorn a sigh it seemed as if it had been plucked from the bottom of his heart and sent adrift to reach the heavens and tell the tale of his melancholy. “Uuma ma' ten' rashwe, ta tuluva a' lle… [Have you ever killed someone, from your own family]” Kankure whispered. Eyes falling to his lap. He knew that this demon could probably have killed anyone and not give a damned… But he just felt like he had betrayed many, friends, teachers, family- especially his family. He had killed people from his own family because of Dante. And the guilt was more than anyone could possibly know. Lest they had done the same and knew the exact feeling, he would not believe anyone knew how it felt and what he was going through.

Nahaiu looked around the forest as they walked, but paused, forcing Blue to stop as well. “Do you hear that?” she whispered. Listening intently. A small mawing cry could be heard… it was a strange yipping sound like a small cat or something. It sounded like it was in pain. She let go of Blue’s hand, forgetting anything about being scared in the forest, and took off running. Her dress clinging to her and flailing around her legs as the loose ends waved around as she sprinted across the forest. Nahaiu was more focused on the thought of something cut and cuddly being endanger rather than herself.
She jumped up on a large root and scooted down, landing on the ground once more and continued. She only stopped when she saw a small little cat-like fox on the ground. It’s leg was bleeding and it was alone. It’s white fur radiant in the last lights of day from the sunset as it’s blue eyes gazed out at the trees. It had two tails and long ears and a short thin muzzle. It was so small, like a kitten, and looked like it’d just barely manage to fit in her palm.
Nahaiu awed and the fox instantly looked at her. Strange red markings on it’s forehead and reaching back to it’s neck. Looking almost like a shield in the middle with three circled vertical down inside it. Nahaiu kneeled down and started making clicking sounds with her tongue on the roof of her mouth, holding out her hand and motioning for it to come over. The fox didn’t move, only curling it’s tails closer around it’s body, hiding the wound. Nahaiu slowly moved forward, whispering words of comfort and assurance as she came closer and closer. Until she finally came in hands reach and reached out.
Her fingers trailed down it’s back, soft fur like silk. The fox voiced it’s plea, almost like a mewing chirp that tremored in it’s throat. Nahaiu smiled and gently used two hands to pick it up and cradled the fox in her arms. “It’s alright. I’m here.” she said. The fox snuggled into her, and she was so focused on the fox she did not noticed the vines slowly creeping from the roots of the trees and moving closer behind her.
