Violet blinked once before examing the room. Her legs hurt like h***, and she set her suitcase next to her other suitcase. She only had two, one with clothes and one with her personal items. She plopped down on the ground and claimed the nearest closet, unzipping her suitcase.
She took out her clothes and gently placed them in the closet, hanging some. She still left her sunglassses on, and went to the bed across from the closet, laying on it.
"Well I'm Violet if you'd like to know," she said.

Nahaiu put her messenger bag down on the bed before walking over to the window and opening a few of them. Letting the gentle breeze flow in and tenderly press against the see through curtains, making them flow back and forth as if it were alive. It smelt a tad stale in here, so fresh air wouldn’t be a bad thing. Nahaiu looked at the girl, who introduced herself a violet, and gave a sheepish smile. “O-oh… I forgot to introduce myself…” she said and gave a soft laugh. “I’m Nahaiu.” she said to her.

She opened her suitcase with her books, setting it on her bed and walking to the door. She opened it so the stale air could flow out. But she got a surprise instead. Her eyes lingered up. “B-blue?” Nahaiu took a small step back, finding herself just a bit close, and laced her fingers behind her back. “What… what brings you here?” She asked.

"Nice to meet you," she responded. She was somewhat shocked at how even her tone was.
She heard an unfamiliar voice, and she got up, readgusting her sunglasses.

She used her hands to pull herself off the bed and walked toward the open door, seeing a boy around her age. She blinked once, a little confused at how he and Nahaui knew each other.

Nahaiu fidgeted with her fingers, rubbing them back and forth. “S-sounds like fun.” She said, trying her best to smile. She looked back a Violet when she walked over to the door to see who she was talking too. Nahaiu blinked, then realize the two didn’t know each other. “U-uhm. Blue, this is Violet. Violet… this is Blue.” She took a step to the side so the two could greet each other.

"Hi," Violet replied quietly. She could tell he wasn't human by how his eyes looked, and she wanted to be careful, especially after her father-
She stopped her thoughts and a shiver went up her spine.
She set her glasses higher, so that way they covered more of her eyes.

Nahaiu looked between them, noticing the silence. It was strangely awkward. “Hey! Why don’t all three of us go get some breakfast or something?” She suggested quickly. “We only have an hour or so before classes anyways…” she shifted nervously. Wondering why the two were so silent towards each other.

Violet only made a small nod.
"Let me grab something," she said quickly.
She turned around and walked toward the other suitcase. She quickly unzipped it and grabbed her old worn-out notebook and a cheap mechanical pencil. She snatched a jacket outside of her closet, and put it on. She had noted the unpomisingy weather, and she got cold easily. She held onto the notebook and pencil tightly on her side as she walked back to the door.
"Okay I'm ready," she added.
