"Stella's probably going to try and put me under the Imperius curse y'know. If she knows I love you..." Hazel muttered the last part quietly, her cheeks flushing with color slighty, not used to saying it in front of Finn. " The dementors being placed around school have only boosted her confidence, and she's probably just going to run around like she owns the place." Hazel rolled her eyes, huffing under her breath.

Finn's hand became loose in Hazel's hand. He was staring at the ground as they walked, the more she talked the worse he felt. If anything happened to Hazel, Finn wasn't sure what he would do. "Well she's not and your strong" he said flatly, clearly wanting to end the conversation. Finn gave a sigh before turning his head to look at the stars. "Quidditch match is in two days. Slythering vs. Gryfindor" he said.

Hazel blinked once or twice before a grin cracked across her face. "Aw, ya nervous?" She teased as if her depressing conversation had never exsisted. "Don't worry, I'll go easy on you." She laughed, beaming at Finn. She had noticed that his grip was a lot looser in her hand, but she hadn't said anything about it, even though she really did want too.

Sarah whistled for her owl to come. Her owl flew in, landing in the table. Sarah wrote a note to Finn, saying,

Dear Finn, When you have a chance, I want to talk to you. You're probably out with Hazel, so I don't want to bother you. See ya later, - Sarah

The owl flew off with her letter.




Ellie stared at Adam. " Do you want to play a game of chess with me?" She asked.

After a few moments of silence Finn's smile slowly turned into his usual grin. It was interesting how one simple joke could turn Finn's whole mood around. "Very Funny, West" Finn laughed "I'm the captain. I'm not aloud to get nervous" Finn said before giving her another grin. After a few moments he gripped her hand again so it wouldn't slip away.

Adam glanced towards Ellie. He wasn't the best at chess but he wasn't horrible either "Sure" he finally muttered before taking a seat at one of the chess boards and waving his wand so the pieces flew back together.

Hazel giggled, "Won't be sayin' that when I'm smacking those bludgers left and right!" Her smile intensified when Finn gripped her hand once more. Now that the sad-talk was over, the scenery seemed more colorful, even though it was a bit dark out. She had a bit of skip in her step again, glancing at Finn every once in awhile as if to make sure he was still there.

Finn walked along, a grin still plastered on his face. He rolled his eyes at Hazel's comment "Well I'll try not to hit my buldgers towards your pretty little face" he teased before giving a swift kiss on her cheek. Finn completely forgot about there conversation only moments before. For now he was just happy to be by Hazel's side, her hand in his. He glanced towards an owl that landed on his shoulder. He raised his eyebrows before taking the note and watching the snowy bird fly off. He decided to read it later before shoving It in his pocket and turning his head back to Hazel.
