Finn glanced towards the Slytherin table and rolled his eyes "They will eventually get over it" he shrugged before taking his seat next to Hazel. He saw that Adam saved goodbye to a Slytherin girl before taking his seat at the end of the table. Finn glanced over just as Dumbledore got up. Right away the Great hall went silent "Good evening. First off I must congratulate Gryfindor on there victory in the latest Quidditch match" Dumbledore paused and either earned some clapping or booing "In earlier news the Halloween ball will be taking place this weekend" this time only cheers "All students are required to dress appropriately and no spell jinxing is to be done during the ball. Mr. Flinch will make sure of that. Also Hogsmade is open again for students above fifth year. Now please, enjoy your meal" Dumbledore said before spreading jis hands. In seconds the plates fillied with food.

Hazel's eyes lit up at the mention of a ball, but she focused back onto the food at the table. Someone slid in next to her; the Slytherin who had threatened to punch the Lysander's from earlier. "Hazel, I know you're dating Finn and all, but he hasn't asked you to go to the ball yet. Wouldn't you like to get away from him anyways?" He sneered, twirling a lock of her hair around his finger. She smacked his hand away and scooted closer to Finn, hugging his arm. "Hasn't your mother ever told you not to touch things that don't belong to you?" Hazel retorted with a glare his way. He rolled his eyes and grinned lazily, one Gryffindor was trying not to laugh, but miserably failed and sprayed a mouthful of potatoes at a Hufflepuff.

Sarah got to the great hall as soon as Dumbledore started talking. She sat down next to a girl, which she guessed her name was Ellie, as she had heard it before. She smiled happily, listening to how Griffindor won the match and put some food on her plate.

Ellie frowned. " Well, ok. See you later, Oliver." She smiled, not paying much attention to Dumbledore. She sat next to Sarah. Ellie picked some food for herself and put it on her plate.
